I was able to get my daughter in as a referral quickly, she was experiencing pain in one of her back teeth and this office was able to get her seen and treated the same day. Thank you to Dr. Moon and her Assistant I didn't get her name they gave my daughter outstanding care!
Doctor did a very good job on my fillings. Place is very busy so expect to wait. Only other gripe is sanitation. Numerous trash cans almost overflowing with used gloves in them as well as a wet loose paper towel roll on the floor of the bathroom that I myself threw away. Do better with sanitation. Other than that good work
Needed an emergency appointment!! They got me in and doctor took care of the issue! All staff were very nice and professional!!! Now I have a new dentist and I would definitely recommend!! Next appointment scheduled!!
They were rude. They didn’t care about you. I was waiting for my appointment and they said you only waited 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. Then 20 minutes went by three people have been treated and I’m still waiting. Going to a different dentist office. They didn’t seem to want my business!😤
This place is absolutely horrible!!!!! The free clinic treats you better than these people. Not to mention there is plastic and tubes coming out of the ceiling. My appointment was at 10 and I arrived about 945. When I walked in only one person is in the waiting room. I check in and fill out the new patient forms and return them. I was told someone would be with me soon. 20 minutes after that I am still waiting and hear the lady behind the desk loudly saying my birthday and information. She was on the phone with my insurance saying all of my sensitive information very loudly. There was absolutely no privacy regarding my information. They eventually called me up as they were trying to verify my insurance. Which honestly should have been done when I made the appointment. There are a bunch of people who are coming in after me being seen before me. I am finally called back an hour after my original appointment time. I get my x-rays done and I'm taken back to the room and I waited another hour before I'm seen and I am absolutely positive that I would have waited longer of I hadn't of basically made a scene to be seen. Then when he finally sees me he doesn't look at the x-ray or even bother to look at any notes. I need cosmetic work done and I've been to quite a few dentists in different counties throughout the years and this is by far the worst I've been treated. I really was treated way better at the free clinic!! If you have Medicaid do not go here!!!!! Please don't even bring your kids here!!! When you walk back there is a big open area with a few rooms I saw one sink. I was standing in the doorway of the room for 30 minutes trying to get someone's attention the dentist went from chair to chair and not once washed his hands!!!! It is not clean at all!! In total I waited 2 and a half hours. No one should go here I beg you please there are better places.!!!!
Could be better communication
Only giving 1 star because I cannot submit my review without at least giving that. Will never schedule with this office in particular again. At the first appointment, my child was scheduled for a temporary crown on a tooth that had previously had a root canal. After sitting for 20 minutes past appointment time in the waiting room, we were brought to the back, where we sat again for another 20 minutes before I requested to see someone. At that time, they took my child for X-rays, and sat us back down. When the assistant finally came back and pulled up the xray, I quickly noticed the xray was not of my child’s teeth. When I brought this to the attention, the assistant quickly searched through X-rays to find the right one. After another 15 minutes she came back with “cleaning equipment” to begin the cleaning. I advised that is not what the appointment was for, which caused another 10 minute wait before i decided to leave. Later that evening, a “manager” reached out to go over what had happened that day. She ensured she would be at the next appointment to make sure things went well. At the next appointment; the manager was in fact not there, but the temporary crown was placed, and the follow up was scheduled for three weeks Fast forward to that three weeks, the day OF appointment, we went brought into the consultation room, where I was told the permanent crown had not been ordered or authorized, and that she would contact insurance for approval. Knowing better; and knowing these approvals take time, I requested to reschedule. The appointment was set out for another 3 weeks, and I was told that was to “allow time for approval”, despite the fact the nurse before wanted me to sit in office and wait for this over the phone approval. I left the office and called requesting management. The receptionist advised the manager was not in office, and she did not know when she would be back in office; I asked if there was a line I could leave a voicemail, she said there wasn’t. I asked for the last name of the manager and was only given the first name, and was told “i dont Know her last name, but she does have an email”. I reached out via email, and was given a call back 2 days later. Was reassured once again that this would not reoccur, and that the authorization was in fact given, and she wasn’t sure why they weren’t able to see that in office, the day of the last appointment. Management rescheduled the appointment per her schedule, assuring she would be there to make sure all things ran smoothly. Fast forward again, to appointment day. I called to confirm the appointment, as well as the work to be done at the appointment, and if the manager was in fact there. The appointment was confirmed, the assistant manager reviewed the work to be done on the right permanent crown (which was incorrect, it’s the left side, I corrected her and she apologized for the mistake), and the manger is not there. Hot mess! Kept emails and voice recordings of conversations just in case, but never again!
What happened to the old staff? They were friendly and thorough. If there was a concern, I would be told about it. But not this new staff.. I was called to the back and talked down to like I’m the dentist. Don’t tell the kids what needs to be done, pull the parents into the office or the back and explain what’s going on before the situation gets out of hand.
I have been to this dentist for years and their staffs are nice. However, they have mostly canceled and changed appointments every time I came to visit. The receptionist always gave an excuse that they left a voice mail to let me know to arrive at this time, but I don't see their message in my history. They suggest to me to book another appointment and not be "late" next time. I recommend choosing a different dentist who doesn't waste your time.
Terrible service! Two time they have canceled my appointment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
