Dr Fiero Is wonderful by his office staff is rude and miserable . They always act like you're bothering them. When you have a serious illness such as myself, Who wants to be treated like that?

Dr. Fiero is okay, but his office staff and nurses are rude and uncaring. The appointment person doesn't listen and gets frustrated when you ask for clarification. When I asked a nurse if the new medication they just prescribed wouldn't have the same side effects as the previous one, she said, "Yes. It'll be fine." Then, she hung up. No goodbye. No good luck. No reassurance that my health needs had any level of priority in her day. Just "click." I'm looking for a new doc.

In charge of my care at MWH after I suffered a lung collapse at 24. OK'd my discharge while I was running a fever of over 100 degrees with a prescription of painkillers with acetaminophen. Two days later at home fever remains and I call Fiero's office, am told to take max dose of tylenol. Back in the hospital two days later with liver failure (acetaminophen overdose) leading to sepsis, month-long hospitalization. Criminally negligent, and the only office involved not to forgive my debt.

I went in the hospital at Stafford, could not breathe at all, breath was so short that I was on 90 % oxygen. Know one at that hospital could determine what was wrong because I had not smoked since1996 and they were ready to send me home. Dr Fiero diagnose my condition right away, I was in the hospital 3 days and the Dr there wanted to send me home with no info. All says he doesn't have the greatest bed side manner, I will take his manner any day verse smothering to death. He has treated me now for 5 years and I believe in him and will not go to anyone else, most Dr. now have to deal with putting info in the the computer and not the personal touch. The old days are gone thanks to Obama and I'm a 69 year old and come from the old country and raised from the south I refuse to go to anyone else but him

Dr.Fiero took very good care of me while I was in the hospital. After that I saw him as outpatient in his office. He is a very good doctor and very kind

I like him. He's thorough, gentle and seems to be a nice and knowledgeable doctor. He does not have a big ego like so many doctors. And, he is honest. If he doesn't know something, he admits it. I respect that.

Dr. Fiero appeared very bored. Did not seem interested in symptoms or patient history. Found another doctor.
