Such a good experience. This was my first colonoscopy, and I didn't know what to expect. This staff made it very bearable and pleasant. There are many places one can get a colonoscopy performed in this region, but I'm glad this was the one I chose. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I just want to give a grateful, thankful kudos to Shonda W. I have never experienced patient care at the level she provided me. She showed a willingness to sacrifice her breakfast and help me before she was scheduled, and did it with an energy and friendliness most medical professionals do not have that early in the morning. She was so professional, and responded insightfully to show she was truly listening. Scheduling my procedure with Shonda felt like sitting down to a cup of tea with a friend, albeit a very efficient friend. I.T. had just installed an update on her computer causing issues, and she was STILL able to keep a smile in her voice. You're a GEM, Shonda!!!!

I had cataract surgery. Dr Jani is an exceptional surgeon. The staff was fantastic! From the first persons who greeted me upon arriving to the technicians who cared for me throughout the procedure. I am very grateful for their attention to detail and professional and positive attitude. They spoke highly of Dr Jani’s expertise. Thank You!

I had to have a colonoscopy yesterday as an issue has developed for me. So I was nervous. I wanted to share my experience. Sometimes you run into a nice person amongst a group. Here, I dealt with two people getting checked in, two nurses, met the doctor and anesthesiologist, and then in the surgery room, there were eight people. EVERYONE was kind, empathetic, professional and supportive. I felt care and comfort in knowing that I was at the right place. I don't post many (reviews), but I had to share this. I know there are others out there than may be afraid, or share issues. I just want you to know that medically you are in the right hands, and that the level of compassion is humbling. My deepest love and thanks to everyone on the team.

The doctor and the staff were just excellent. It was difficult for me being hearing impaired and not allowed to have my wife assist me but the staff was patient with me and did not mind repeating the instructions.
