Took a while to get an appointment, no problem there. Expected to see a doctor but saw a PA. Provided insurance information and they said I was good to go. A few months later I get a bill for $100.00, listed as co-payment due. When I checked in no mention if a co-payment. Called and they saud they would look into it, nothing from them so I assumed it was a done deal. Next thing I know I have a letter from the local ambulance chaser saying I know owed $327.75. Nobody knows anything, I will never go back to this place and I will surely never recommend anyone else to go.

You will be kept on hold when calling until you forgot what you were calling about. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, when you are scheduled to see a physician they will switch you to see a youngster who is a physician assistant, so that the visit will be useless for any serious pre-surgery procedures. It is a complete waste of time going to see this doctor. You will not get the results you are told will be available.

The practice will set you up with a dermatology visit but then at the last minute you will see a youngster who is a physician assistant who cannot effect any dermatological procedures. So it will be of no use going here.

I called as a possible “new patient” to schedule an appointment. I was asked the insurance I have and I replied with main insurance and secondary insurance. The reply was that they don’t take my main insurance. The Receptionist offered a place in Richmond; which is an hour commute for me. I asked if they take my secondary insurance (what additional coverage is for) and the receptionist was not sure. She was not helpful. I will gladly call other location local to find service.

Dr.Morris is really a nice doctor, she spent time to listen and didn’t “rush the patient to get out from the examination room” like other doctors in another place. Pretty satisfy with the service and care from this place and highly recommended!
