My kids and I have been going here for over 8 years. The service has always been good. Unfortunately, I may have to find alternative dental. Your rates have skyrocketed and even though I have two insurance plans, they barely covered half. This used to be very minimal cost for some services. I realize there is a difference between what insurance paid and what I owe. The point is that difference is far greater now than it has ever been. I was also never given the option for deciding what level of services you offer. You just assumed I would want my child’s teeth filled with the highest cost filling vs cheaper version. This is wasteful, especially when they were on baby teeth.
