I got a cortisone shot on 8/5/2022 around 230 and I just want to first thank the Scheduler, Keisha who was able to get me in for the left hip cortisone shot so I could walk again. I also want to thank the incredible nurses who held my hand during the procedure and thanks to the doctor.Heather Cook
