I love this office the doctors and staff are amazing I’ve been taking my kids to see dr Johnson forever and he is the best doctor hands down helps my kids when they aren’t feeling well and even talks with me even if my nerves are shot from my kids being sick and dr Johnson just like the staff and other doctors always finds out what is making my kids sick and finds a solution which helps ease my mind the hours of the office are amazing

Gave my daughter a shot requires 3 dozes one every 24hrs and didn't schedule her next day because they said they were busy last few days.

The most ugly rude doctor ever and their staff.we had an apoitement for my son .and my daughter supposed to have a follow up .but the gentleman in the reception told he will talk to the referral .person .instead the doctor call to his office and told in rude to leave the office.or he will call the police because I was talking and explaining to the lady in front .in 25 yrs in this country this is my first time got discriminatory case .i served this country and. Had any discrimination untils this low service doctor .you kicking sick kids from your office because your feel powerful please avoid this office . they will call the cops for you even if you sneeze

Finally! A pediatric urgent care clinic that is actually quick, efficient, clean, and friendly! I walked in around 9am on a weekday and it was already a little full, so I made an appointment to come back later that day. When I came back, I arrived 10 minutes early and was put in a room 5 minutes later. The doctor efficiently diagnosed my son and we were able to leave after only spending 45 mins in office. I am very happy to have found this place!

I want to start by saying if you claim to support military and their spouses avoid this place at all costs. My spouse is deployed so I had to find a new pediatrician for my daughters one year shots. I told them the paperwork I had and they claimed that was perfectly fine when I scheduled the appointment. I get a call an hour before her appointment because the dr had an emergency so my appointment was rescheduled for later that day. So I come in 15 minutes early and get called back at her appointment time. Handed the receptionist her last appointment records and he scanned them. I sit back there for an hour before Dr Johnson comes in. He comes in and says so now it’s time for shots (side note why did he say this if he had no intentions on treating my child). He claims I have no shot records so I explained that I have her paperwork showing what shots she needed from her previous doctor. THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT OR WHEN SCANNING SAID PAPERS THAT THOSE RECORDS WEREN’T ACCEPTABLE. The doctor refuses to give her the shots she needs. So obviously doctors appointments AREN’T cheap so not only have I wasted my time but my money as well. I go onto my phone to see if I can pull up any records and say so I’ve wasted my time coming in today. Now this ego boosted maniac of a doctor starts to lose his mind on me. He starts to act very unprofessional and rude telling me to leave etc. I repeatedly asked him why he’s acting this way being so disgusting and disrespectful. He then blames me for his workers mistakes and tells me to leave. Mind you my one year old daughter is NAKED because we thought she was getting shots and seeing a doctor. He forced me to leave without even being able to put her in clothes so I have to walk my 3 year old and 1 year old out through a waiting room and outside in the cold. This man is clearly a psychopath with anger issues who shouldn’t be allowed near children much less be aloud to treat them. I wouldn’t trust this monster with a goldfish.

So thankful I found children’s clinic of Fredericksburg. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They’re open Monday through Sunday! With extended business hours! Couldn’t ask for better. 5 stars

Dr. Johnson is awesome but the service that they offer is so bad!!! it is not acceptable that you went to a morning appointment and you have to wait until almost 8 pm for them to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy!!! and in the meantime your child feels miserable.

I love Dr Rochford and I truly wish she stayed at her old practice. This new place is by far the worst pediatrician office I have ever been to. Unprofessional receptionist with horrible attitudes and every time I’ve brought in my child for A SCHEDULED appointment it’s been over a 2-3 hour wait. The receptionist literally LIED to the pediatrician and told her I was talking smack about her to other parents in the waiting area, which never happened. I said the receptionist told us we were next 5 times and wasn’t correct then showed that she did not care when I expressed concern. Somehow that turned into me bad mouthing my daughter’s doctor who has done nothing but be wonderful to us. I do not understand the motive behind a receptionist lying about a patient only to have the patient confronted alone in a private room by a doctor for something that was never said. That is other worldly unprofessionalism. I am an office manager and if one of my receptionists lied about a patient they’d immediately be fired.

We absolutely love Dr. Johnson. He takes the time to talk to our boys not only about their health, but also about their wellbeing. He connects with them on their level and they trust him. There is sometimes a bit of a wait, but I don’t ever mind it because I know the care we are receiving is the best.
