I had an excellent experience at Wright Dental Care! The office is welcoming, modern, and impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Wright, along with the hygienist Stephanie, made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. They were gentle, patient, and kind. Dr. Wright and Stephanie took the time to thoroughly explain all procedures, ensuring I understood every step of my treatment plan. I really appreciated how comprehensive the approach was, and I left feeling reassured. Highly recommend!

Have decided to leave this practice after many years together. Why? 1) The staff is constantly changing and in opinion gets a little worse with each change 2) I always set my appointments months in advance and then find as it gets closer to the date they start changing them around to suit their needs. 3) I feel like my family and I are constantly being sold Invisalign, even when I was in the middle of Invisalign treatment. I really don’t want a sales presentation every six months 4) Called recently to set up appointments for check ups. My husband hadn’t been seen in over a year due to life and whatnot and because he was now considered a “new patient” they couldn’t see him for almost six months. Even though they had an opening in a week, the opening was at 10 am and apparently they don’t see new patients at 10am. Only in the afternoon. Even though we have been with them for years and years and years, they were just going to let an appointment sit empty instead of letting him be seen. I just don’t get it. Why would you treat your patients like that if you valued them? I wasn’t asking for the moon and stars and I have always been very very patient in the office even when I’m left waiting for two hours to see the dentist. Just thought they might extend the courtesy once.

As usual a great experience (if getting a filling can be great). staff are always friendly and with good communicatio. Dr Wright is always great explaining what she will be doing. I can't praise this office enough!
