Great staff and service.

The staff at checking in are very disrespectful n mean the lady lil long at window 1very disrespectful they need to learn customer service my drs are wonderful n nurses n back

I have a syncope I went to emergency to the Hospital , they referral to me to Cardiology Associates , leave messages to get appointments but never return se calls

Dr.Rana saved my wife's live and continues to give her great care everyone there is respectful and nice to us I just hope Mary Washington hospital and Cigna insurance will get their act together and take politics out of medical....many thanks

Hoping none of these bad reviews are for Dr Talreja. He is hands down the best and most knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met with. My husband has hand an ongoing problem for many years that many doctors dismissed. The wait for the doctor was a bit long but when he came in I understood why. He took his time to talk with us and listen to understand our concerns. Never rushed. He offered tests that many doctors have never even mentioned. This visit has given us a “light at the end of the tunnel”The rest of the staff was also very friendly with us. All around a great experience.

Incorrect charges, poor and dismissive care of a pregnant patient, the billing manager, Denise, hung up on me when I tried to gather information on a visit that I did not have. So many better options, would avoid them at all costs.

3 stars because the staff and nurses are nice but my doctor met with me for all of 5 minutes as a new patient. He dismissed me, didn’t listen to any of my concerns, and told his staff he didn’t have time to answer any of my questions. I left feeling as if I hadn’t even had an appointment. He then prescribed me a medication without asking about my lifestyle or history. I would keep looking for an office that cares about their patients as individuals.

This place does not deserve one star, this place will scam you out of your money, they don’t call to remind you of a upcoming appointments, the first appointment I missed , I did pay the 25.00 fee when I came to the 2nd one then when I saw the doctor he acted like I was a thorn in his side, but yet did prescribe me the medication I needed, told me I needed to make another appoint for a nuclear tes, when I was leaving the scheduler did not put an appointment time for me to come in so I asked her where the appointment time was and she said they will call you she also wrote it on the front of my packet and the appointment car was empty so I was confused as to when my point was to come she said they would call within a week or two I need to get labs done but they never called me until May 11 when they called me to tell me I missed my appointment when I didn’t know I had an appointment because I missed the appointment they told me I had to pay $150 for a nuclear test the billing department Amanda told me that if I brought the card in and there was no appointment time that she would waive the fee then the girl named Denise told me that it doesn’t matter if I had the card or not with the time on it I still had to pay it and then the management the manager told me that I had to pay it because it says it on the packet, well how are you supposed to make it to appointment if they don’t give you a time set up for it sounds like a scam to me to get my money, people if they are charging you for appointments that you don’t make it too and I don’t give you a reminder most doctors offices do there’s something going on, I am in the process of calling FTC which already done oh IG the Better Business Bureau if they done you wrong please call them they need more people to complain to get them this is not right and they shouldn’t push people around the way they do people they are very rude except for the receptionist was very kind but, please do , what is right, stop the scam!!!

New patient here. Found the office to be clean and the staff respectful and friendly Time with Doctor was not rushed at all. He listened to my concerns and went over all my info. Everything went smoothly.

CAF has been taking care of my family for 15+ years. My Dad, Mom, Brother, and myself. My Dad had a triple bypass and years later a pacemaker was put in. My Moms high BP. My Brother had a heart attack in his late 40s and had to have a stent. Then there's me. I had a heart attack back in 2012 when I had 3 stents put in and developed blood clots in surgery. The care my family has had is fantastic. Currently we are with Dr Vue and we love him. My Dad and myself goes in every 6 months. We became patients when they were located in old Town Fredericksburg many years ago. Staff has been great toward my family which means a great deal to us having one provided taking care of the whole family.
