National Spine & Pain Centers's Online Review Report Card

I can never get ahold of the Doctor's office and spend hours with an automated line or people that cannot help. Whatever happened to having a number to the clinic and actually have them pick up the phone? Absolutely not impressed...if this was a PCM I would have already changed doctor offices.

Can't get through its always a call center no matt what you do and every month i go throug not able to get my medicine authorization im on day 3 again

I am a regular patient and always have a good experience. All of the ladies out front are wonderful, happy go lucky women and I enjoy talking to them. The nurses and nurse practitioners are fabulous! They take care of everything without any issues and are friendly, fun to be around and easy to talk to. The Doctors are wonderful and take care of all my needs. I definitely reccomend National Spine and Pain Center for all of your spine amd pain needs. Everyone here does their jobs fabulously!

Dr. Lee sat with his arms crossed in front of his chest the entire time and was not very friendly. Not my kind of doctor.

They've done great for me I don't see why you give a National spine and pain center a bad review Bc you have crappy insurance that's not their fault. And to the other giving a bad rating I adore Dr Gopal sometimes you have to be thorough before you get the answers you need it to me months of blood work MRI's xRays and ps never get them from a walk in clinic. Or you'll have to get them redone. I'm a recovering addict I don't taking pain meds either no matter what the circumstances are. So I understand that. The injections don't do a thing for me I have a messed up back in multiple places I think that's why I suffer from migraines and DDD. I'm in pain every day of my life at 42 it's not fun but I know pain meds are not for me and they respect that

It's so sad that Dr. Harrell isn't there anymore. He was wonderful. Last month xrays were ordered, which I had done. This month I go in & expected to go over them with the new doctor. Not only weren't they even mentioned until I brought them up, she couldn't find them, didn't offer to check and get back to me and made excuses for how the hospital isn't connected with their office. Last month the doctor made a mistake on a prescription. The pharmacy called twice and I called 4 times. Not one person returned our calls. After over a week, I finally got hold of someone and had their mistake corrected. This is not the first, second or even 5th time that I've called & tried to get someone to return a call. Once it was for an adverse reaction to a medication. No one calls you back, so don't hold your breath trying to get an answer, because you will die. The staff is great & they have had some wonderful doctors, but the good ones always seem to move on. It's too bad there is no other place in Front Royal to get your pain medications refilled. We have no choice but to deal with the problems of this place.

I am a chronic pain patient for 24 years. I’ve been given different pain treatments over the years. Of which only two have been truly successful. I’ve had injections in my knees, worked wonderfully! I’ve had them in my back along with epidurals and they didn’t work at all. Maybe it’s the type of pain being treated, I don’t know. But I’ve been left with treatment with pain medications all of these years. Recently I relocated here from Oklahoma and just to mention pain medicine, you are treated as and looked at like a freak! All they use here, ultimately are injections. Once again, they helped my knees. And that’s fine. And I’m more than willing to have injections in my back to see if they’ll work. No harm in trying. The only problem is they won’t treat my back and knees at the same time. And offer no other treatment for what isn’t being treated. I’m left to suffer in pain. And the reasoning behind this is, “Its just their rule”. That isn’t an explanation to me. I would like a scientific reason as to why all of my pain can’t be treated at once. Does anyone know the logic behind this ruling? I’d love to know.

NPSC, like most doctors offices, has great caregivers and a couple duds. Dr Harrell, Tina, and Jodi are truly caring people that have been my lifeline through spinal genetic disorder. Dr Lee you'll want to skip.

I went to see Dr. Harrell when he was working in wood bridge office for my mother back and hip pain medicine. My mother was in a great deal of pain and needed help to relief it, However I have to admit that I was very impressed with Dr. Harrell's knowledge, his friendly and professional attitude. He discussed and explained other pain control options. I felt very valuable and well taken care of my mother pain needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing pain management.

If it wasn't for Dr. Lee. I wouldn't be able to function. He has helped tremendously. He listen.
