Staff is amazingly friendly and professional. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend this facility.

Savida of Front Royal’s staff is professional, caring and overall amazing. If you want to get into recovery or stay in recovery this place is the one for you. Their NP Teri makes MAT (medication-assisted treatment) so much easier with her knowledge and understanding. The ladies at the front are kind, thoughtful and timely. I love that I have weekly (sometimes biweekly depending on my schedule) therapy sessions with their counselor through a telehealth system which means I can do therapy at home, work or on the go. My appointments are always on time and quick, 45/50 minutes for how much is done during monthly appointments is fast. This place helps you through your recovery, every step of the way! You will not feel judged or ashamed by this team at Savida in Front Royal.

I absolutely love this place they are so helpful and go out of there way to do anything to support me. The receptionist go above and beyond to help me in any way that they can. They always remember all the conversations that we have and check in on me when my follow up visits come. The doctor always listen to everything I say and help in any way possible with what I have going on even when they don’t need too. Everyone one in the office has come together to help out with my mental health needs and point me in the right direction with a doctor that is just as amazing as they are. I wish all offices were as great as they are. I look forward to it because I am not ashamed of any of my past when I am with them I think very highly of all of them and what they do

I’ve never felt any different here, the staff is wonderful and the care you receive is phenomenal! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I love being greeted with a smile every time I come in.

This place had a great doctor in it, Dr. Wolf, in Winchester. And receptionist Jessica is kind hearted, warm and welcoming. The Front Royal office tho is rude, very unprofessional and just all around nasty. The doctor there is nothing like Dr. Wolf, she has no experience dealing with ppl in addiction/ recovery. Very rude.

I love it here!! Everyone is so kind and helpful! You don't feel like anyone is looking down on you but here to help! I wish I would have been coming here WAAAYYY longer than I have! Def will recommend to others that are struggling. It's wonderful! ❤️

I enjoy the quality of care and support by my NP and LPC. After three or four months, you get offered bi-weekly and then after three-four months, monthly. I don't like how my appointment day was switched after so long of being on a set day, without being explained why long after the fact.Really nice and kind LPC. But they have a habit of canceling appointments and you do not know until after seeing NP. If they cancel prior to NP appointment, you'll be waiting an additional something odd minutes. I get notified of medical appointments but I never do with my LPC. It's always last minute and when I'm seeing NP, do I know I have an appointment with LPC.Other than that, I love this company and the quality of care there is. Most doctors in Front Royal are in it for the money and DO NOT ACCEPT medicaid/Medicare. No more having to take medicaid cab to Woodstock, Winchester or surrounding cities.

Absolutely love this office. The company is wonderful. The Office staff will help you in anyway they can. I left another review on the one in Winchester by accident. But basically I’m telling you to go in with the honest open heart. So that you can get all the help you can. They’ll do anything in their power to help you get on the straight and narrow path. But they are kind courteous outgoing return phone calls right away easy scheduling. Everything you can ask for in a doctors office.

This place saved my life! It's a comforting and safe environment where you can be honest and forth coming without judgements. If you want to get clean I highly recommend this clinic over any other.
