Doctor is very good at explaining your problem and staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to friends.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First when I tried to schedule my appointment it took them over 2 months to receive my patient records. I saw my referring doctor send my records multiple times electronically which because they have an archaic system Blue Ridge didn't receive. When I asked why they needed them they said they absolutely needed the records because the doctor would accept or decline seeing me based on my medical history. Clearly the doctor is too lazy to perform his own diagnosis is the opinion my referring physician had. Next finally they schedule me for an appointment and the soonest available is 5 weeks out, so I wait. Now this place is over 70 miles away from where I live so come the day of the appointment I'm driving to this location and there is an accident on the road about 50 mins in to my drive, so knowing that i'm going to be 20 mins late I call the office. I know that some doctors offices are picky so I'm trying to see if it's an issue I can go ahead and turn around and save myself driving another 30 miles. I speak to someone named Debbie and I tell her that I'm stick in an accident and that my GPS is showing I'm going to be 20 minutes late. She checks the system and tells me oh yeah its no problem you're fine and we'll be able to see you so I keep driving. I arrive 19 mins after my appointment time and after I get there they tell me they can't see me because I'm 4 minutes past their grace period. I tell them that I spoke to Debbie and their response is well she didn't check in the back so we know it's not your fault but we can't see you and the soonest available next appointment is a month later. My dumb brain should have gotten the message from the back and forth with the records and the sheer volume of incompetency and unreasonableness with this office. Now that I've spent an additional 3 months in pain and 2 hours driving to, waiting an hour and driving back another 2 hours, I'm writing this review to warn everyone to avoid this office at all costs. They don't care about the patient, are too lazy to diagnose or to accommodate a patient and only care about how much they can rip you off. Zero responsibility was taken for incorrect information given to me, zero accommodation and no chance of an apology. AVOID THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY DR.HELLER AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.PS - the two completely useless front desk ladies I dealt with were both named Lindsay

We’ve always had the best care at Blue Ridge Ortho thanks to our PA Kelley Schimler! She has treated both of our kids for multiple fractures now and has always been so attentive and caring. She explains everything thoroughly to both myself and our children to ensure we have the best outcomes. We have now referred several friends to Kelley as well and they all have been so thankful to be under her care.

Fast Service, friendly staff, great explanation to my questions. Overall I recommend Dr Smith and the location.

I was a walking-in patient. Liz McLean, PA saw me and gave me some instructions and suggestions. I am still in pain now and hope to see some improvements soon. I am thankful that someone could see me in a short wait. It's a friendly office and the staff are very helpful.

Great staff. Excellent treatment.

Waste of time and money. They just want to do surgery nothing in between. They do not listen and do not know what they are doing. I wish I could give them zero stars.
