For the past year we have had the pleasure of having Crystal B. as our dads Health Care worker. There are not enough words to describe the love support and effort she provides to our dad. She is truly ONE IN A MILLION

The office staff is horrible Sherri Patti and especially LeeAnn I had the worst experience on the phone with LeeAnn she is awful Very rude and nasty people who don’t care about how they talk to people so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to work or get services

I am a disabled vet who receives service from this company. I have had the same aide the entire time. She goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and has always been professional and kind

My father received services from Champion Home Health Care for 2 years. During that time the aides that provided services were very nice and compassionate. Any call to the office was answered promptly and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend Champion to any of my friends and family if home health services are every required.

Ive been with this same company for close to 6 years. The office staff has always been amazing. Quick to repsond and ready to solve any issue that arrises. Ms. Sherri has been the best boss Ive ever had which is why I have stayed so long. She has always listened to my requests and responded accordingly. From annual Christmas parties to simple Hope all is well texts..she makes sure we all know that her door and phone line is always open. This company is ran professionally and we are all treated like family. Competitive pay rates and top notch service is what you can always expect from Champion Home Health Care 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My 1st home health care company literally just stopped showing up and the va system assigned me to Champion Hone Healthcare. From the very first phone call to now each and every member Ive dealt with has shown compassion. respect and concern for me and my needs. My CNA is a lifesaver. She has gone above and beyond for me From the office staff my CNA to the employee who comes out every 6 weeks to check on me has been a saving grace. Im grateful the other agency was incompetent as it led the VA to hiring am agency that is professional compassionat and go above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Champion Home Healthcare

Our experience was devastating. The C.N.A.s that actually provided care for my veteran husband were great My husband who had had 5 T.I.A.s 3 strokes and a heart attack over the course of 16 months was the reason why CHAMPION was hired by the V.A. to come into our home. The nurse who visited in our home was very nice. However the office people such as sherry and Patti were rude uncaring and found it amusing to yell at me lie to me and try to change out C.N.As at multiple times during the 5 months they were in our home. meaning take away the C.N.A. we had and put a new one in.I was already under tremendous stress heartache and not knowing if I was going to lose my husband after 51 years of marriage. These women had no empathy or compassion for either of us. At the end they put the C.N.A. in the middle not only yelling at her but making unneeded stress for her as well as us. The problem wasnt the C.N.As it was these 2 womenSherry and Patti who added awful stress to one of the worst times in our lives.I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone. We now have a new agency and during the months they have been in our home each member of their team has treated both my husband and I and our home with utmost respect and caring. We look forward to interaction with the staff and have only praise for everything they do in our best interests.This is my 2nd review. The 1st one was deleted which doesnt surprise me as it was the most unprofessionally run Nursing Home Health agency Ive ever been acquainted with. As a Retired nurse I have had decades of experience in this area as well as in facility nursing both hospital and long term care.

My family and I hired Champion to care for my father and I cant begin to explain what a blessing it was for our family. Our aide was professional and attentive and the office staff was always available to help with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this agency

I just wanted to take a moment to give some very well deserved credit to Kendra. She has taken the best of care of my father Truman and we are very fortunate to have her in our lives. I have been working with Champion for a little over 5 years. I love this company the staff is friendly and supportive and the fact that you get to actually communicate any problems or concerns with the owner of the company anytime you need to. She’s always a phone call away which makes it a even better company to work for. Just know working for Champion you have plenty of work flexible hours great pay
