Dr Cheng is effective, affable, and dedicated. I experienced a seemingly rare condition that multiple gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons missed or misdiagnosed. Dr Cheng detected my problem during my first appointment, and tailored my treatment to my feedback during the months of recovery.

Dr. Cheng care a lot for patient. She kept asking if there is pressure or pain during rubber banding procedure, and completely the job quick and clean. She spent a lot more time explaining after procedure care than doing the procedure itself. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Cheng as my doctor.

Dr. Cheng and her staff are so easy to talk and work with. Dr. Cheng made it easy for me to understand the process of what I needed to have done. I'm lucky to have found her and her staff, and for my procedure that she preformed.

Dont bother with her. She won’t bother with you. No personality and arrogant. This profession is for the kind and considerate not the self important. Find someone else or better yet….get away from Phelps, the hospital has gone down hill since being put under the Northwell umbrella. 3rd rate now.
