I had an appointment for January on the 19th that had been waiting for over a month for. The day before the appointment they called me to tell me they have to reschedule and I couldn’t be seen on The 19th. I figured since I had been waiting over a MONTH. They would be accommodating. Nope! She told me they didn’t have anything available at any locations for the month of January and told me she could look in the next month for me. Or be put on a waiting List. I’ve been sitting in pain for over a month waiting for this appointment and now NOTHING! Very unprofessional!!!!

I know Dr Louie since 2003 the best doctor, more than a doctor a friend that really cares about you and your family.

Wow, Dr Louie-Ng spent ample time with me to try to figure out what was going on. He answered my questions fully and I didn't feel rushed at all. He was thorough in his diagnostics and I would certainly recommend him. I am really happy to have find such a nice gynecological doctor.

My husband and I went this morning to see Dr. Louie-Ng Eugene. He exceeded our expectations on multiple levels. We called at 8 am this morning to make an appointment and he was able to squeeze us in at 9 am (1 hour later after making the phone call). We had a million questions about our experiences and he was very patient and very knowledgeable. I was initially a little nervous having a male as an OBGYN. When we left our appointment, we both looked at each other and said, "WOW", he is amazing! Thanks again for the above and beyond treatment.

The WORST..the nurse practitioner insults you and takes away your self esteem just to promote her OLD employer and then they call you regardless if your driving to tell you that you possibly have cervical cancer or something else. Those kind of difficult conversation should be done in person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The OB/GYN that handled my 1st and 2nd pregnancy was located in Fairfax., VA as I was still living in the area. For my 3rd, we had already moved to Bristow so I decided to find one much closer to home. I worried if I would find a really good doctor but after some research and reading on-line reviews about Dr. Louie-Ng, I'm glad I decided to go with him. The well-being and best interest of his patients is of utmost importance to him and his staff. I ran the risk of pre-eclampsia on my 36th week so he strongly advised I be induced as he didn't want to risk putting me and my baby's life in danger. He was there every step of the way, ensuring I was in good hands at the hospital and explaining in detail why such procedure or prescribed medication needs to be administered. I had a safe delivery and everything turned out well for me and my baby thanks to Dr. Louie-Ng's care and knowledge as well as the excellent staff at Novant Health Haymarket Hospital.

I love this doctor enough to put up with his horrible staff. The nurses are rude, not very knowledgable at all, never call back appropriately, and have given me flat out incorrect medical advice. I have been with them through three pregnancies, and while Dr. Ng is amazing, his nursing staff has always been awful. I was told over the phone that my hcg test was negative for pregnancy (it was positive at 37). Also in a pregnancy I was scheduled for my AFP early, and two weeks later got a call saying the results were invalid because they scheduled it for the wrong week, and that it was too late to retake it. But when it comes to him as a doctor he is caring, compassionate, and smart. I trust him with my pregnancies completely.

Dr. Ng has been my dr. for years now. He delivered my 2nd son and was so good about making sure everything went as I wanted it to. His office and staff are the BEST too. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome and happy. I feel so taken care of there. I am so picky about drs and this is one office I never thing twice. Total trust. Thanks Dr Ng!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ng for 9 years now and his practice has grown significantly! He was the best back then and still is. With the birth of my 3 sons and general woman's needs or questions, he responds quiet quickly on the mychart and I can get an appt within a week. Him and his staff are all very friendly and down to earth. They feel like a extended family to me. The only downside I would say is that I have to wait about an hour to see him each time, but it's worth the wait.
