Dr. Scripps blew me away. His bedside manner is so amazing! He handled my 18 y/o daughter’s care so wonderfully. He took the time to listen to everything that she had to say and asked lots of questions. He had her back to health in no time! Could not have been more pleased! Such a nice man! Thinking of changing my own primary care physician to Dr. Scripps!

Dr Scripps is the best! My daughter found him several years ago and still sees him even though she now lives in Alexandria. He has always listened to all the issues I bring to him and involves me in the treatment decisions. It is true that he is busy because he is so popular but I have found the rest of the staff is good when I can't wait for an appointment with Dr Scripps. He is the best Dr I can ever remember seeing and I am not a young person.

This physician is wasting his time with INOVA. He ought to be at the famous Agape Clinic in The Plains, Virginia where even in summer rich and famous ladies arrive sporting the most beautiful fur coats.

I have followed Dr. Scripps from Bealeton back in the 2000s to where he is today. He is the absolute best physician and always has my best interests at heart. My husband, parents, in laws, and siblings all see him now and say the same. you are part of my family Dr. Scripps and I feel so blessed that you've been my doctor for so many years.

Sorry for yelling at you. I was having a bad day and went through prior medicine injury with another doctor- that scarred my trust. Dr. Scripps has compassion and character, is a trustworthy person, smiles a lot, and has a good heart. He should be blessed.

Dr.Scripps is awesome, great personality, listens to you spend s time with you , answers your question s , gives detailed information on your treatment, responds quickly to email questions and concerns, his office staff very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend him

Listens well. Communicates well. Exams are always focused but he never makes you feel rushed. Explains treatment/ course of action to patient's satisfaction and includes the reasoning behind the decisions of treatment. Makes you feel that he and the patient are willing partners in the patient's health decisions.

Dr. Matthew Scripps' staff took 3 days and 7 attempts to fax my xray order to the hospital after I was in a car accident. After my xray, I was unable to find out the results for 3 weeks until I finally made an appointment online for a doctors appointment. He had been avoiding me because he thought I wanted to discuss his staff, and not my xray results. Negligent does't even begin to describe this doctor.
