The customer representative doesnot know that pregnant mum needs to visit a pediatric doctor during 3rd trimester and her logic is that if your child hasnot born, why you need an appointment.

This is Yong Bodi. Dr. Lender is absolutely the best primary care doctor I've every seen. She is very caring and always listens to what I have to say. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and her recommendations are spot on. So glad I started seeing her. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I’ve never met a family physician that has ALL of the qualities you’d like to see. Dr. Lender is incredibly kind, caring, respectful and in tune with all of my needs. I am never rushed and even when I think we are finished, she will go the extra mile by making sure that I feel comfortable with everything we talked about. Definitely give Dr. Lender a try!

Dr. Lender and her staff have been great for the more than 3 years my family has been seeing her. She is very caring and very astute. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lender is my doctor and my daughters pediatrician. She has been wonderful from day one, since my daughter was born. She has always been patient with all of our questions, provided clear answers that always helped, and provided the right medical attention when my daughter needed it. I can't say enough about her professionalism and personability. She's exactly the kind of doctor you want to have with a young family.

Dr. Scripps recommended my kids see Dr. Lender and I am so glad he did. Her patience and care towards my children warms my heart. My 5 year old recently had to get stitches right at her eye and was terrified to get them taken out. Dr. Lender showed her all of her tools, walked her through all the steps she was going take, and built up my daughter's confidence before she even started. Because of that, she was so calm and didn't flinch. Dr. Lender also explained each step as she was about to perform it. My daughter adored her and trusts her (as do it) and that's most important to me.

Poor customer service. Left numerous messages for the Dr. concerning medication subscribed, never heard from Dr. or staff for days. We finally have to call the office to check whether or not the Dr has received the messages left, the front desk confirmed that the Dr. received the messages but do not have time to deal with my problem.

My daughter & I usually see Dr. Serrano, who we love & researched. We are nervous to see other/new doctors; however, Dr. Lender, who's in the same practice, was very compassionate & thorough w/my daughter (13 YO) & also with me. She took her time & showed true concern & care, listened to ALL we had to say & ordered testing right away. Her nurse, Sharon was identical, compassionate, spoke in "teenage language" which is important. Another great "tag team!" Pray we get some answers & relief.

My daughter (13 YO) has been having health issues. When Dr. Serrano wasn't available, we had to see Dr. Lender, which was very nervous about; however, she was so caring, truly concerned and she listened to ALL we had to say, never rushed us, spoke in terms we could understand and ordered testing right away. Her nurse, Sharon, was just as loving and helpful. It is calming to know that we have a choice of 2 excellent doctors in an emergency. The staff is very helpful as well, including the nurse in the lab. Now hoping we can get some answers so that my daughter gets well again! Feeling blessed w/ this entire practice.
