Dr. Hammonds has terrible bedside manners. Didn’t have eye contact when we were asking for help with the second issue we were there for she just walked out of room. I’m done with this practice. Been going for over 5 years I’m taking my family somewhere else where we are valued and treated with respect.

In addition to an exceptionally poor bedside manner, Dr. Hammonds literally refused to see my 85-year old mother who was suffering from a dangerous blood pressure spike brought on by chronic pain. What doctor refuses to see a person in pain? It seems like a violation of the hippocratic oath & a dereliction of duty. Needless to say, we’re finding a new doctor and feel strongly that people need to be made aware of this.

I have been with Dr. Hammonds for many many years and I regret going to her. She does not have any empathy towards her patients. She does not listen to the concerns of her patients and it seems like she is always in a rush to get patients out the door. I want a doctor where I can have a conversation with about my concerns and not feel judged or misunderstood. She always makes me feel so unwelcomed to the point of tears. I had a serious medical problem and her first instinct was to prescribe medication and nothing else. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion where they were more proactive than Dr. Hammonds. Their first instinct was to find the source of the problem and figure out how to help it so I don't have to rely on medication. In all the years I've known Dr. Hammonds, I can see just how inefficient she is towards her patients.

I use to love their pratice, until they moved into the new office. My quality of care dropped. No time to listen to my illnesses. All i got was you only have 15min slot. I had to leave to find a new primary. Good thing i did. I had bad EKG, lymph notes were inflamed. Just got 😷 thank god for new care iam receiving from new dr. Remember patients come 1st not paying for the new building.

Dr. Hammonds has been treating me for well over 10 years. She is not only an excellent heath care provider but she is a compassionate and caring person. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a primary care physician.
