Very impressed with this clinic. Extremely friendly and caring staff. Issues get taken care of in a timely and effective manner. No long wait times and appointments within a reasonable amount of time.
You’re better off finding a vet than walking in this one. Twice I have gotten meds here with severe side effects when I know damn well there was a better option. Finding a better doctor immediately.
Dr.Amy Butler always so kind and caring, if she can’t figure it out she promptly gets you to a specialist that can. I also use the walk in clinic when I need immediate care and all the NP’s have been so helpful as well. Before Amy Butler I was JoAnn Areys patient same for her just a wonderful Dr.
Great service from the Nurses Assistants, in the walk in clinic, they seem to know more than the doctors here. The doctors are okay, too, just okay.
The only thing I like about this place is convenience of lab and x-rays done on premises. Dr. Laws seems uncaring and acts like he rather be retired. I sat waiting to be seen for X-rays for hours and then they took a break for lunch and I had to wait until they came back. So I decide to give them another try with someone else and forget it. They didn't deal with what I came there for. Forgot to send my script. Then I spoke to about four people about the meds and they couldn't get it right. I guess in need to find another place covered by my insurance.
Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment set a week out. Get there in time and you will still wait an hour before being called back. Then another hour before being seen.
Dr. Reynolds was kind and patient in answering medical questions. I like that masks are still required for safety.
This place has gotten bad since they moved to the new location. It's as if the patient don't matter anymore . And all they want to do is line their pockets. When trying to call to speak with a Dr. or nurse about medical care. Good luck bc your gonna need it considering u have a horrible wait time trying to reach someone. Unless u call as soon as they open. When they finally answer they act as if it's an act of Congress to take the information for you bc u can never speak to the Dr or nurse. Only leave a message. And going thru My Chart is the same way. U might get an answer . Shame on u Carilion for allowing this to happen to your patients
Right now I am darn glad that Dr. Clark is my primary car physician. I was really ill and ready to head to the emergency room last Saturday night. I managed to get through the night and get in touch with Dr. Clark on Sunday even though he was not on call. Thanks to him, I am started on the correct antibiotic and am doing better. Kudos also to Dr. Laws who recently treated me for broken bones in my foot when I could not get into see the local orthopedic doctors.
Dr. Butler has been my primary care doctor for well over 10 years. She is wonderful and so are all of the staff ❤️ love every experience I've had with all of them. Thank you for all that you do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
