The administrator only cares for a the money and the don and unit manager don't help their employees and leave them high and dry on the floor. I wouldn't put any of my family in there. They are actually deleting bad reviews which is terrible. I realized that and had to take my family member out.

Worst place I have ever seen. Our dad was there for rehab. He called my sister on his cell phone and told her he was thirsty and laying in the floor. She called the nurse said they were getting him up. He had dr appt. on monday, my sister took him. I tried calling him all day, didn't get to talk to him. Then his phone was dead. They supposedly lost his phone. Long story short, he ended up going to hospital. He still had same shirt as monday. This was on Wednesday. He had laid in his own vomit, on his eye lid neck and face. Got 2 different stories from 2 different nurses. HORRIBLE PLACE....

Don't put your love ones here. It's not worth it. I talk to my aunt whenever I can, because they never answer the phone or they can never find the portable phone for the residents to use. And the things she tells me is ridiculous. Sometimes she don't get changed throughout the night. Sometimes she gets no showers. When I do visit her she smells like old urine. Also, they still have covid in the building, so why is that when I do come see her there's a resident sitting in the lobby? I was told that the residents are to stay in their rooms. There's too many excuses coming from this place. I addressed my concerns I'm taking her out of here and I recommend you all to do the same

I’m seeing a lot of not so good reviews in this place…this place does not seem be as good as they say they are. I’ve spoken with staff there before and they are disgusting. Honestly isn’t the best place to put your loved ones. The do not clean they residents and lie to the families. This place simply just needs to be wiped down.
