My mother has been here now for a couple months. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE!!!! The caretakers, aides, nurses etc have not given her her proper doses of medication, given her the wrong medication and when the NP comes to see her she doesn’t actually do a exam. She also experiences ice cold food. I would make this the last place to send someone.

If you're like I am, and are trying to find a respectable facility for your loved ones, beware of five star reviews that have only one review, that just happened to be the facility that they're giving five stars to! I am a Google guide and I know how to spot the fakes! So for you people that don't know how the spot them, let me tell you how. Click on that person's profile icon, look to see how many reviews that they have posted for other businesses. Also look to see how long that they've been posting reviews. I guarantee you people with the one review, giving five stars to a location are fake!

I have worked at this facility for over two years and always look forward to arriving each day to greet my residents and co-workers. I have grown to love and care for my residents and their families and I passionately advocate for them on a daily basis. The staff truly cares for the residents and strive to make their stay safe and comfortable.

I have now worked at this facility for the past ten years. The staff and residents become apart of your family. The facility has plenty of space for the residents to hang out, which has been wonderful during the COVID restrictions. I have worked at many facilities that are cramped, dark and unpleasant. EAC is light, airy, and feels like home to our residents. We have an excellent housekeeping team who keep the place looking great. Every facility has its speed bumps, however, it's how you deal with issues and learn from it to allow you to grow, is what is important. The residents are offered a variety of things to do during the day as a group or individually. The residents are also free to explore the facility, enjoy the bird aviary, or sit outside on the patio. We have an Auxiliary group who runs a gift shops, plans huge events for the residents, assist with the holidays and helps a resident in need when necessary. They have won many awards throughout the years for their dedication to the facility.

The staff are amazing. Under new leadership I see huge accomplishment for this to become a facility of choice.

Elizabeth Adam Crump was not a bad place to work. The Administrative Staff do not treat you like an outsider and they do care about their Residents. I have been a Health Care Worker for a long time so I know. Any questions about the Residents care should be directed to those qualified to answer not disgruntled employees. Sign: Happy CNA

My husband was admitted on March 2021.He was a cardiac , recent pacemaker implant .They told cardiac nurse they did not his cardiac monitor which was suppose to be set up and scan his pacemaker : which would send any problems directly to dr office or hospital. They did when he signed his self out AMA the thing I see the (monitor). No one consulted him about his low sodium diet, mechanical soft diet.after 6 days he signed out AMA. Came home got rehab Thur home health care.
