List of Kim M. Panzarella's Reviews
She has successfully navigated the skin of three very different teenagers for us and never gives up or says "live with it". She is compassionate and insightful. We adore her!
Dr. Panzarella is a very caring, bright, and thorough doctor who has helped our family through a variety of skin maladies.
Referred to her by my Primary Care about 5 years ago for possible melanoma. Dr. P is thorough and professional as well as personable and friendly..
I first received contact from this establishment for a referral from my primary care physician. The secretary called me on a Wednesday, unfortunately I answered during work hours, and politely asked if she could follow up with me at a different time. - She sounded annoyed by my request, and replied that she would not be able to call me back until next week. I did not mind the wait and agreed to be contacted next week. After confirming, she changed her mind and said she would call tomorrow - Thursday. Okay, awesome, I was available the next day, and the change in schedule did not bother me at all. When I received the phone call the next day, she still seemed to have an attitude, and I could not for the life of me figure out why??? I just picked up the phone?? -Anyways I asked her about insurance information, and two VERY clear questions. 1. How much is the initial office visit with my insurance. - She answered my question completely with the initial deposit cost, and said some additional charges may apply. I followed up with - 2. How much would each additional service from the clinician cost me with my insurance? -Apparently she did not understand the question because she could not give me any sort of answer. She became more frustrated and annoyed that I wanted to know how much it would cost me to come in. - First off, why would you be upset or annoyed that I am asking for a return phone call at a different time? -Secondly, her lack of ability to communicate levelheaded in a professional manner was astounding. She could have directed me to someone else with more knowledge on the subject. OR offered information on common services administered at a first initial consult/appointment, and how much they would approximately cost me with my insurance. But instead she chose to become more and more annoyed with each second on the phone, and continued to give me nothing but attitude. Now I understand that we both ultimately do not know what services the clinician will administer, but I will NOT be examined with ZERO/NO general idea about how much is coming out of my pocket. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to experience this business firsthand, because I could not make it past the ignorant scheduling secretary named Jessie.
Have been seeing her annually since she moved here. She's great and the office is on the ball too.
After being seen/treated by Dr. Panzarella for three visits now, I will say she if very nice and does explain medical conditions fairly well. However, she didn't seem very confident in her decision making when attempting to diagnose or provide a treatment plan. Expected more of a plan of treatment (I had to fill in the blanks), particularly for a non-complex common dermatological condition.
The nicest most caring doctor I have ever been to.
first visit after a number of years for same condition... Assistant prepared me. Dr. Panzarella flew in, instructed the assistant and flew out of the office.. Left me with questions that I wanted to ask her. Follow up visit went much better with my daughter present to toss out the necessary questions.. I felt much better with that visit,
I go to Dr. Panzerella for an annual skin check for cancer. She is always thorough and compassionate and I was impressed that she takes photographs during the first visit for a baseline comparison.
Dr Panzarella is a caring doctor who takes her time and listens to you. She always looks closely at the areas I want looked at. She found two cancerous lesions on me and sent me to a great MOHS. Dr P answered all my questions and I've never felt rushed with her or her staff. You won't go wrong with her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
