Truc T. Lieng's Online Review Report Card

I dont know where to begin with her. She was so bad it was comical. I felt like someone was filming off to the side to see people's reactions to a bad doctor. She was rude, rude, rude. I even told her about a personal problem I have and she rolled her eyes! After her eye roll, i told her that i needed a prescription filled and she said "no, go somewhere else for that"! I'm serious! If the visit was free I would totally say go because after I got over my anger and reflected on the visit, I was like, wow, she was so bad and rude that it was funny. Sadly, you have to pay so don't go to her. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO HER!

absolutely horrible doctor. do not go to her unless you want to be treated poorly. she is rude, doesnt answer questions, and will roll her eyes in front of you if you start to bore her or she doesnt agree with you. i cant believe anyone hired her.

Dr. Lieng took the time to listen to me and made me feel like she cared about my health. She was helpful, kind and thorough. I wish every doctor was like her!

She's horrible and actually deserves negative stars (if that were a thing)! She doesn't listen, lacks empathy, and her bedside manners are awful. She's great for simple issues (hypertension, sinusitis, etc.). If you have complex issues, she really makes you feel like you don't matter and neither does your health. There are MUCH better doctors out here who will listen to you and offer sound solutions ...

She listens to respond but doesn’t try to hear or understand your concerns. You have to beg and get ugly before she is willing to offer solutions/resources. She might be good if you have simple health problems but she is horrible when it comes to complex/underlying issues. There are way better doctors out there who will take better care of you. She ain’t it.

Another reviewer said it perfectly. Dr Lieng just doesn’t care. The first appt I had with her was when I sick. I felt she was rude and didn’t want to take the time to listen to me. But, we all have bad days so I went back Dr. Lieng for my annual wellness checkup. Doctors usually set aside more time for these visits. (At least that is what I thought) Again she was rude and well let me say her ‘bedside manner’ was ‘this patient is wasting my time.’ Sorry Dr. Lieng no more chances for you. BTW: my bloodwork was done 2 weeks ago. Can you please read the results and post them I’d like to know if everything is ok. Thank you,

I described my experience with Dr. Lieng to another MD and they were appalled at how she treated me as a patient and audibly laughed that she disregarded all of my concerns about my health. After reading these reviews, I see my experience was similar to others and I will not be seeing her again. While I won’t go into too much detail here, I think she looks at/treats her patients as animals in a zoo rather than people. Patients deserve better than her and I am pretty sure most vets treat their patients better.

I've had great experiences with her. She seems like a no nonsense doctor. She helped me with issues, explained everything, and cared about how I was doing. As a result, my health has improved.

Don't waste your time or health on this very rude PCP. She does not listen and will not help you with your health. Will not refill your Rx's and has very limited knowledge.
