We switched from a pediatricians office in Williamsburg to Courthouse Pediatrics because they were closer to us and came highly recommended. We've been with them for about 6 months now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone we've met so far. We just had a baby and it's easy to get appointments scheduled, and we've had a kiddo (or 2 ) need to be seen for urgent matters and they got us in that day. Doctor Austin is wonderful, the staff is helpful and kind. This office is an answer to prayers.

I'm really thinking about switching pediatricians, the appointment was rushed, Dr. Dry didn't even give me the opportunity to ask her questions concerning my 15-month-old daughter. It felt like we were just another number, nothing about her was friendly and inviting. She will not be seeing us again.

Called to speak to a nurse regarding my daughter not feeling well only to be told all of the nurses were busy and that someone would return my call. That was on a Friday, never heard from anyone. Then after finding a new pediatrician to see her the following Monday I finally got a phone call where I was blamed for their screw up. The office staff didn’t update my phone number correctly in my daughters chart. We have seen Dr. Austin since my daughter was born and we are now dismissed from the practice. Office staff is disorganized, rude and flat out unprofessional.

Terrible and Shameful service. Front desk is awful and turned my nephew away when he had a 103 temperature, and told his father to find an urgent care because they didn't have any cancellations, after asking them to bring the baby in. What is the point of having a pediatrician you can't rely on, that turns your family away at the door. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone involved...absolutely disgraceful.

Very happy!! They were able to see both my kids the same day. Dr. Samaan is great!! My son was diagnosed with a touch of pneumonia. He spent a lot of time with him. I really liked him and so did my kids. He is also fellow Christian which is a plus for me!! Definitely will see him again! My son seems to be improving after his medicine.

We have been taking our oldest here since birth, we absolutely love dr. Austin and 100% recommend her. She is kind, caring and compassionate. She takes the time to listen to any concerns we have and answers our questions. She is very personable and never makes us feel stupid. She even gives us tips and assured us we aren’t the only parents that are going through difficult times. We are now taking our newborn to her and she will ask how our son is doing when he isn’t with us. She makes us feel like friends not patients

I love Dr. Austin she is caring and always offer the best advice! Both my boys have been going here my oldest since 6 months and my you youngest since birth! She even answers questions about both boys regardless who has the appointment. I do not like one of the other providers that my boys have seen when sick. I have now only requested to have them seen by Dr. Austin or Dr. Howard who is also very nice and understanding.
