I hate doctors... arrogant, impatient know-it-alls. I expected to hate him too. He was the best PCP I ever had! And I was turning a corner under his care. First doctor who just seemed to get me. I think he's what a doctor should be and I have missed him since Mechanicsviile. You are in your own league, Dr. Alpert, and you are loved and missed.

If you can get pass him nodding out right in front of you he would be ok... If you can get pass him trying to be your lung dr he might be ok...he trys to over ride what other specialists says....poor excuse..I even said something ..and nothing was done.. YET ! TIME TO GO HIGHER

Dr Alpert has wonderful bedside manner. He cares about his patients. He spends the time needed with patients and is not rushed. Riverside was lucky to get him.

Never in my life can I understand how he was accepted by Riverside Hospital to replace Dr. Davis!!! Totally different in dealing with patients - no patience - know it all and does not care for elderly patients. He states he did not know he would be assigned so many elderly patients and he should not be treating them.

Ridiculous Doctor. He has no idea what he's doing or talking about. I don't know how he made it out of medical school. He's more worried about his payment than your health. Find a different doctor.

Dr. Alpert is the doctor for both of my parents. We have found him to be thorough, patient with his explanations, available, and sincerely interested in their well being.

The best ER doctor we know of in this area. An excellent bedside manner and seems to really know what he's doing. A very confident doctor too and he takes time to explain things to you in a way that you can understand. The diagnoses he gave my husband was correct and the treatment effective. We wish he could be our primary care doctor but he only works in the ER.
