Absolutely the worst and most incompetent office staff. Amara, who answers the phones, when asked nicely about IMPROPER BILLING sent to Medicare from their office proceeded to raise her voice at me, insisting the patient was billed in March 2022 for a visit even though the patient had not seen/spoken to/zoomed with Dr. Valls since 2020, and then proceeded to mock me and get even louder and more aggressive before HANGING UP ON ME. Let me make this implicitly clear - never once was my voice raised, nor did I attempt to belittle or demean this woman in any way. Clearly, Dr. Valls office is okay with and allowing this offensive behavior to occur. To allow, ignore, or condone such behavior is a reflection of the entire business. Medical staff, be it a glorified receptionist or not, should never treat anyone this way, let alone patients and patient advocates. I intend to let everyone I know that has previously dealt with this office to take their money elsewhere, and in a small town where everyone talks, words spread like disease. If you knew better, you’d do better.

I have been a patient of Dr. Valls for quite a few years. I have come to trust and appreciate his thoroughness and the time he takes with me in the office. He has helped me through a number of medical crises really well.

Dr. Valls, and his staff are AMAZING! Dr Valls is one of the few doctors out there who cares more about YOU than a paycheck!! He is very informative, NEVER dismissive! Takes his time, and makes sure YOU Understand what is going on. You're never left to any guess work. He's also very thorough, and if there's something you should be seen for outside of his practice, he and staff are always on the ball getting you scheduled with only the Best of the Best!!

I called the office With a lot of issues I needed addressed and no Insurance I was seen the need day and put on a payment plain until I got my insurance straight. Since I have continued to go to Dr.Volls here and love the time and understanding he puts into each visit. The staff is great they really do there best by getting you in and making appointments always being friendly and careening.

Dr Valls is a caring and listening Dr .He takes his time and explains what's going on. If he can't help you he will find a Dr that can. I'm very appreciative of Dr Valls and his staff?

Dr Valls is very conscientious. He listens and relates very well. I appreciate his kind bedside manner and his thoughtful proposals to any of the issues that I bring to him. I drive out of my way to continue to go to Dr.Valls.

No bedside manner. He was covering for my primary and interrogated me like I was a criminal seeking medication. He did not bother to read my history nor to offer any suggestions. Terrible treatment, he sounded irritated and rushed. Sad to say I left the practice. Such a bad experience. You can do better RMMC
