If a NP can't do anything for constant back pain then refer the patient to orthopedic. If ANY one has back issues don't go to any URGENT care because they aren't going to give you long lasting relief for the pain. They won't even give lidocaine patches to help. When you have a loved one in pain and they barely stand or walk it is hard to see them that way and the NP's do nothing for them. This is for all urgent cares!
