Dr. Rachon is very caring and thorough. I came in after having several procedures done, and my eye was still giving me a lot of trouble. My vision was 20/20 in that eye and she saw nothing but an infection. I kept telling her how bad it was bothering me and I couldn't see very well, so she decided to take a deeper look in the back of it. It turned out that I had a hole back there and I needed to see a retinal eye Dr. I saw him in 3 days and he repaired that hole right then and there. He said I could have lost my eyesight if Dr. Rachon hadn't caught it. I was so grateful to her for listening to me and not letting me leave. I love how she is genuinely concern. I thanked her and thanked her. I'm happy to have a doctor like her caring for my precious eyes!

Attentive staff! OD, Rachon treated me for about a year. After which time my conditions improved. Upon re-evaluation (successful), she was able and promptly addressed any concerns currently and for the future. Although, OD's have changed, & diligence regarding eyecare is a must, I'm still very confident w/Virginia Eye Consultants.
