Dr Payne saw me for what was diagnosed in Nasa medical clinic as a possible torn rotator cuff. During initial contact Dr Payne said there was nothing wrong with me and released me to full duty. I couldn’t sleep at nite due to my shoulder pain and pain bicep like something was put of place. I had a follow up visit with a doctor for my neck injury from couple months earlier. He was excellent and highly regarded. He saw the 6 inch circular ecchymosis around my shoulder near cuff. He recommended i see Dr Payne again. I did and he ordered an MRI. Later it came back I had a torn rotator cuff and torn ligament. He released me from care after which my employer terminated me. My employer Jacobs hired a nurse to follow my diagnosis. She worked for GenEx. She told them my case was closed which lex to the dismissal the next day. I still have pain which this happened July 19 2022. I was never treated and it appears PAYNE didn’t do his job and lied so they could fire me. I hired a lawyer to help me and filed for lifetime benefits with workers comp. I rate him an F for performance and incompetence. He had no patient loyalty. Only to insurance companies

I found Dr. Payne to be very knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. I left his office feeling better physically and mentally as he made me feel confident that my problem will be remedied and should never occur again.

I first met Dr. Payne in 1995 after suffering an ACL tear. My surgery was done about a month after diagnosis. Surgery,rehab, and tremendous support lasted nine months, and my knee is still in good shape. Years went by before I started having problems with my other knee, and I never forgot Dr. Payne from previous surgery, and diagnosis showed deterioration, and 25 years later I had knee replacement. Through it all, I would like Dr. Payne and his staff, from the nurses to the rehabilitation center, I thank you for a job well done.
