Naga Chigurupati's Online Review Report Card

Assisted my father when on a routing follow up visit to Dr Chigurupati. She spent significant time to clearly explain the interpretation of his pulmonary testing, treatment and prognosis. All details were explained to satisfaction and we look forward to her sage advice in future visits. Current treatment regime seems to be quite effective.

Hello I have been a patient for sometime now. I remember when Dr. Chigurupati relocated I was so sad. I found her again by working with a coworker who had respiratory issues and she told me who her Dr. was I told her are you serious she is back? I admittedly called to make my apt. She is the best Dr ever caring about her patients and only wanting the best for them and their health. My breathing has improved from 1 to 10 after her treating me thanks Dr. The staff is very courteous and Vanessa is awesome. Good job Staff Have a wonderful day.

Excellent customer service from staff at the front desk especially Vanessa is one who go the extra mile to help meet your needs. From my experience the doctor is very compassionate.

Very friendly staff and doctor! Dr. Chigurupati always takes time to listen to me and continues to solve my breathing problems. Between the cpap, nebulizer, and my inhalers for asthma, I am breathing sooo much better. The staff is always courteous and nice to me. The office is clean and convenient!

Dr. Chigurupati is an excellent physician I have known for years. I have referred family members to her for treatment. She is thorough and truly concerned about her patients and will work hard to assist her patients in improving their health status as quickly as possible. She is one of the best physicians I have ever known!

Would not even give one star but have to to make this review. Went to do an externship at her location. She was so rude to me along with the other staff. Was not shown how to do anything was just expected to know the computer system. Was not allowed to use the bathroom unless there were no patients which was never. Had to lie to the patients that the bathroom was out of order. All around very bad experience.

I believe this Dr. shouldn be concerned with patients concerns and follow up on medications that she subscribed. When I tried to tell of my concern with a medication and wearing mask, I was told not to take med if I dont like. I never heard a Dr say this then go straight to talk about a new medication, I was told I had to come in $ to this appt to sign insurance paper for approval then told never mind no you dont and scheduled another test. Which made this feel like another unnecessary $ office visit. No paperwork or name of new medication was given. Basically rushed out office after paying copay again. When specialty pharmacists called. And went over new medication precautions ect. I asked through patient portal if she would please call me over my alerted concerns I was told schedule a new appointment to ask questions that shouldve been discussed before I left her office. So I waited until my last visit to ask her why these things were. She was very defensive and still unclear.

I'm a current pt of dr chigurupati's. I find her to be brilliant and caring. She is thorough in all exams and explanations. I've never felt rushed or anything other than cared for and respected in her office by her or her staff...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my family members or friends to her care...
