Dr.Robert Mason is a great doctor. He is kind and takes time to talk and explain everything. I like having the kiosks to check in because I don’t have to wait.

Dr. Mason and his nurse were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, took their time with my son explaining and making sure we both understood exactly what was happening with his thumb and ligaments. Dr. Mason reviewed his MRI twice while examining him to ensure he was feeling what he was “seeing”. He also asked to review the X-rays to make sure he made a complete and informed decision regarding my son’s treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Mason and his staff! Everyone there helped make this difficult situation less stressful by making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish.

On set friendly but very unorganized. No call backs Wait for weeks for script to be signed or even sent for physical therapy. They smile at you in the office but once you leave case closed until next appointment. I’m so disappointed in this team. I asked for recommendations for my back over 6 weeks no follow up. I was told last week sending you back to physical therapy still no script sent ...

Dr. Robert Mason gave me my active lifestyle back with a total anatomical shoulder replacement after I endured a horrible accident 2 years ago. 6 months after surgery, I have regained FULL range of motion. As a swimmer, SCUBA Divemaster, and new lumberjack, I can share with full confidence, that if you're active, have a good rotator cuff, and want that range of motion, Dr. R. Mason is your doc!!! My highest regards to this very thorough physician. Thank you, Dr. Mason! 10 SHARKS!!!
