The phone staff here was kind, caring, and helpful as I called to find somewhere to establish care. Although they have a waiting list for new patients, she was quick to provide additional resources to get a time-sensitive need taken care of. Roxy (sp?) obviously cares about helping patients get their needs met.

This is the best clinic in the area. Been going there for years and am familiar with the staff who are professional, good natured and caring. A+ As for the person who wrote the slanderous statement directed at an individual in that office (and named her!) I can only say her statement has no connection to reality.

The nursing staff is anything but kind and compassionate if you happen to be a Person of Color. I was verbally accosted by a Diana Davis (the supposed practice manager) while I was holding my 6 month old. I was treated less than human although I have been a patient with the very practice since 2012. I will no longer entrust my care to a very obviously bigoted practice. Carilion Clinic you should be ashamed!

This place is a joke when it comes to drs and staff and good luck getting a same day response from them id rather see a vet than go to this disaster of a dr office

I escorted a loved one here. The location is easy to find and has ample parking. The lobby is comfortable and has tons of magazines. The staff member recognized my relative through the window and had her checked in before we entered the door. The nurses are friendly and professional. The doctor explained things in layman's terms and was great about answering questions.
