They never answer the phone. I've called 10 times over the course of 3 hours, and it says Line Busy. On top of that, when I did go in, they only heard the symptoms they wanted to hear! Then I took my grandfather there, he's 77 years old, his ear was bothering him the doctor didn't listen then either. We went twice for the same earache he only prescribed ear drops and pain pills. Finally got my grandfather in to see his PCP and it turns out he possibly needs surgery on his ear bc his bone is infected, and he has cysts in his ear that had been draining!!! I hated the experience we both had, and I will not go back! I'd only go back to sue em for what is happening with my grandfather!

The staff at this Med Express are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their diagnoses are specific and thorough. (I recently tried another urgent care facility when this Med Express xray tech was out and the staff at the competing location, although very kind, do not have the same level of experience and knowledge. So I returned to Med Express a couple of days later when the xray tech was back.) The only down side is the wait. I made an appointment ahead of time at both locations to get an exam and xray. I was at the competitor for 30-40 minutes but Med Express took over 2 hours.

Everyone in there was cordial and professional aside from the doctor. Nurse and front desk were very nice and my experience was going well until Dr. Moran came in to check on me. His bedside manner is horrible and he was quite rude to me. I came in visibly ill and he treated me disrespectfully when at the end I asked for a work note. He told me I had signs of strep throat and that he has “old ladies that return to work just fine”. I was visibly offended by the comment and when I turned around to the wrong desk to get my paperwork he rudely snapped at me to go to the other one. Unfortunate because I have been here a few times and gotten stellar care from kind people. Would not recommend Dr. Moran and I hope he doesn’t treat all of his patients as I was.

Shereda is one funny lady. She had me laughing the whole time she worked on me. She is very nice, polite and a lot of fun to be around. Shereda is also very good at her job. She gave me stitches and I didn't feel a thing.
