List of Carenow Urgent Care's Reviews
Good service
I came to this urgent care for persistent cough and hoarse voice. I told the attending PA (I won’t name ) that I have concerns, and just for peace of mind, need an x ray. She started laughing for whatever reason. It is not professional for a health care provider to laugh when a patient raises a concern. Please train your staff. Thank you!
I love the providers at this place! It's always clean, quick in and out, very professional. Highly recommend!
Fast and caring.
UPDATE. This place is not only BOGUS as they cannot provide any diagnosis or treatment, they also cover up for their unprofessional nurses. They do not care much about negative reviews. Do not believe positive reviews. More people should leave their true reviews so that others would be aware. Do not go there neither for your health concerns nor for your kids. AVOID this place, they will grab your money and send you straight to ER!!!! Care Now you have an interesting business model. Based on several reviews and conversations with other patients it looks like it’s a standard procedure for this place to do nothing and send people I came with one problem - pain in my abdomen, no fever, no other issues. It’s not a rocket science to identify the problem, but doctor or nurse or gosh knows who was the person I was talking to just said to go to ER. No tests, no possible diagnose. I’m not sure who is exactly they are capable of helping with - sneezing and coughing? I spent 3 mins in the room, this lady came and said go to ER, that’s it!!!!I’m still trying to understand why did she even charge me for not prescribing anything, for doing no tests. Simple urine test would show right away that I had no infection. It was nothing extraordinary, she did not even bother to make an attempt and understand the problem. I can go to the grocery store with the same success. I feel scammed and astonished by absolute lack of knowledge. AND on top of everything they will charge you and not submit anything to insurance company. Went to see a nurse practitioner at the CVS pharmacy had a thorough exam, was given proper medication and was charged nothing!
Easy to check in online and go though the registration process. Received wonderful care!!
I went to this urgent care last night and I had all my insurance info but not my physical Id and my daughter and I had went to it in the past they should have had all our info. Apparently they were bought out, I totally get it. However, the front staff attitudes were very nasty. They should not be working healthcare especially the front desk. They told me I needed my insurance card so I told them okay I will download it. A big group of people came and I told them register them while I download my card and they said okay. When I came back in line me and some other people were told they were closed and couldn’t see us even though we had been waiting for awhile. She said sorry we know you were waiting, but we are closed provider rules. Go to a different urgent care who actually cares about patients.
Professional short wait time. Pleasure to have visited.
Had a great experience at CareNow; intake process was fast and seamless, I was seen very quickly by the physician and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
The staff was sweet , professional, Dr. Raza Cheema listened to me and heard me when I spoke , which is rare to find nowadays . He is a true gem.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
