Outstanding.
Very pleased, as usual, with my experience of 3D mammogram at JRMC
I had an excellent experience during surgical team and nurses and dr were great they took excellent care of me
While traveling thru Virginia, I suddenly became sick and needed to stop at a hospital. We stopped at John Randolph not knowing anything about the hospital. I was amazed how caring and attentive all of the staff was during my stay at John Randolph Hospital. I hope none needs a hospital, but if you do I would highly recommend John Randolph hospital.
I am getting a lawyer and suing the P.A that saw me broke confidencality in the ER waiting room with other people around and told them and me what was wrong with me and then wrote me for a $900:script they will not fix so you just opened yourself to a law suit
I’m currently here. Paralyzed from waist down and can’t move my right arm. Been laying in pew for an hour. Nurse came in to tell me to shut up because it’s critical patients being tended to and I’ll get changed when I get changed. Unethical. Unprofessional. Just absolutely disgusting. Not to mention even as I click submit I’m still laying in pee.
very good experience
I went there & there was only 1 other person in the waiting area. I was called back to triage within 10 minutes of me checking in at the kiosk. I was told to go to the restroom to give a sample and to leave it just outside the door on the tray. After that, I was told to just go sit in a chair between 2 curtains. I didn't like this area because it violated HIPAA in every way. There was NO privacy whatsoever. They come back to ask you what your issue is multiple times & EVERYONE can hear everything you say. What happened to the rooms with doors??? I didn't like that at all. Also, they lost my specimen & I had to do it again??? How did that happen??? They are disorganized, but the staff was somewhat friendly for the most part. When I was discharged, I noticed that the insurance person never came to me. I got my rx & it had a super old address on it. I don't even live in VA anymore, so I can foresee a lost bill in my future, so I will reach out to billing to get ahead of that mess. All in all, I was in and out within 2 hours. I can't be mad at that. They just need to get more organized, update patient demographics in the beginning, & protect the information of their patients.
Today I'm not satisfied with what's going on with my dad. Nurses sitting around at nurses station and can't get no answers. Bathroom has not been touched nor trashed emptied since Thursday.
VERY upset with my first time there. Came in very sick. Front desk lady was rude and not friendly at all. I was never by nurses told when I was receiving test, they just come in, grab me and go. I do not like this for I am a burn survivor and had to live in the hospital for a month. I told them this and no one cared to communicate anyways. While there a nurse wheeled me to the room of the ultrasound where I DENIED once I got to the room and realized what she was doing. YET I’m being charged for TWO ultrasounds. I have called twice and filed a report but the hospital said they filed everything correctly and there is nothing I can do.So be carful because according to this hospital if you just go to the room, you have to pay!!!I would NEVER recommend this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
