Doctor is awesome but long wait times

Dental service was the worst ever. I went to the dentist office for fill in. The dentist drill into my teeth to deep then filled it in. He told me, I would have to come back within 60 days to get repairs. Before I can even make it back to my next appointment within 60 days, my filling came. He repaired it again, with a fill in. It crack & broke my tooth cause an infected of an abscess. I'll file a complaint with Ivor Medical Center & they refused to pay my medical bills and to see another doctor to remove tooth. I would not go to them for dental service. They're taking advantage of low income people because they don't have dental coverage.

My wife and I changed PCMs about 8-12 months ago from our military treatment facility due to the long drive. We were typically seen by NP Lois Brown who always had a resident practitioner in tow providing excellent training. SHE IS A PHENOMENAL PRACTITIONER! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the front office staff and Tricare Referral Coordinator. Each and every time we interacted with them whether over the phone or in person they were rude and abrupt. Apparently they have enough clientele that customer service is not so important to them. We will miss Lois Brown, she really took care of us.
