I went in trying to find a doctor who will listen to me. I expressed that I was anxious and depressed over trying to manage illnesses. She agreed that my other doctors weren’t “doing anything” because my illnesses can be managed but I’m not on medication to manage anything. I left disheartened and unheard. This doctor is another who takes the easy was out instead of helping someone who is desperately. Just took my money. Like always.

So sweet and amazing bedside manner!!!!!

Followed Dr. Risser to her last practice, enjoyed couple years of great experiences until one day she was incredibly rude and nasty. Beware.

Dr. Risser is wonderful. Kind, compassionate, personable. She takes time to discuss your concerns. I found her to be honest and realistic. I needed to make changes to improve my health and she gave me a plan that was not overwhelming - a place to start. She is very complimentary about improvements that are made and holds you accountable and shares next steps when improvement declines. I would recommend Dr. Risser to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician. If she leaves her current location, I will definitely try to follow her to continue working with her as my primary care physician. P.S. I know four others who see Dr. Risser and they share the same feelings about her as a physician.

Dr. Risser is very personable and non-judgemental. She really listens and takes the time to address all my concerns when I come in without being pushy about any treatments she might recommend. She's compassionate and actually smiles when having a conversation with you. I don't like doctors as a general rule, but this is one doctor I have recommended to friends and they liked her enough to recommend her to their friends. Also, the Nurse Practitioner at this office is amazing. They make a great team.

She was friendly, knowledgable, and understanding. She made me as a new patient feel great about my decision to make her my new provider.

I highly recommend Dr. Risser! I have been searching for a young, knowledgeable, and compassionate general practitioner who also could handle my annual GYN needs. After much research, I discovered Dr. Risser who, along with her nurses, is sincerely concerned about my health and well-being. She receives my highest compliment: She cared for me as she would her own mother!

I have nothing but wonderful words to say about Dr Risser. She is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and pleasant. It's very important as a physician to exemplify these traits and Dr Risser does. I appreciate her and Ironbridge Family Practice. On a side note my 14 yr old loves her and do not want to see anyone but her.

During a psoriasis flare up this doctor comma I say that loosely, decided that I had had too much of the cream that I use for the flare-ups and cut me off. This lets me scrambling Define medications so I could even sleep the pain was tremendous. Course I don't think she felt that pain or even cared.

Awesome! really takes the time to listen and works with me. I have recommended others to her practice. I like that she understands where "I am coming from".
