This facility has been a breath of fresh air. From the chain of command to the tech. Everyone has been pleasantly attentive in meeting my needs and concern with enthusiasm and efficiency. Great Staff.

Patient care and quality is excellent. This dialysis center truly tries to cater to their patients and will bend over backwards(within reason) to meet their patients needs. The medical staff strives to go above and beyond answering a range questions and if they dont have the answer, takes the effort to research and get the answer. Not just direct you to google or webmd. The nephrologist speaks to his patients in simple speak (not Dr.lingo) and tries to make sure every patient understands, what is going on in their life. A very positive experience overall, should perhaps be a case study in how a dialysis center needs to be run.

This facility is the best around, and should be a model for other dialysis centers. The staff is always compassionate and thorough with the patient. There is usually no wait for the patient to start the session. Both the patient area and the waiting are comfortable, and well thought out. Dr Adler is the doctor in charge, and is very active in the patient care, and interacts frequently with the patient and family. His bedside manner is SUPERB. If you are in need, I would highly recommend Pure Life Renal.

This facility is superb, and provides the best health care we could possibly find. Doctor Adler personally sees my wife once or twice a week and has detailed advice. The staff is the best - very helpful, never have delays, very kind, technically excellent. My wife had reaction to saline, that must be used, and they solved the problem. large, comfortable waiting area.We left the service of a different company, at which we were receiving poor care. Never had doctor updates, nurses conveyed any info, rarely on time, very noisy.Now drive 1 hour each way and happy to do it.

A spa like setting with a compassionate, caring staff that is extremely competent. I felt that I was not just a dialysis patient. The staff shows a genuine interest in each patient as a human being. They really get to know and understand the needs of all patients and their families. Melinda, the director of the dialysis center gives a thorough orientation to each patient before the beginning of dialysis. This knowledge is very empowering and calms many of the fears of the unknown. It is so obvious that the staff is genuinely compassionate about their work. This all flows down by the standards and expectations set by nephrologist, Dr.Oscar Adler.
