Good medical care but terrible at keeping appointments. Mine were rescheduled on me constantly.

My experience with Dr. Kim was very positive. She took the time to help me understand my diagnosis and the options available for treatment. Unfortunately, my experiences trying to make an appointment on the phone were very frustrating. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes before I could speak to a person to make an appointment, and the schedulers were abrupt and unhelpful.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. The office was clean and quiet. The physician was caring and considerate of the patient’s age and immobility issues. The procedure was smooth and safe.

I cannot imagine seeing anyone else who has the knowledge, bedside manner and goes the extra mile to ensure her patients have the best possible chance for a healthy and comfortable post-operative life. I say this after having two major operations for rectal cancer. She was the light in an otherwise dark tunnel and I cannot imagine seeing anyone else for my care going forward. The absolute best.
