Horrible front desk staff and billing dept. DR on vacation for appointment yet still billed for services for a visit that didn't happen.
I am 100% permanent and total disabled veteran. I have had multiple surgeries on my nose, I also have stents in either side of my nose. These stents, called Latera implants (imagine a toothpick and that's what it is), because of all of this I have been issued a medical mask waiver because when you force me to wear a mask it is like water boarding me. I can breathe out but not in. Apparently though Dr. Paluvoi and his staff do not care at all about a veterans disabilities. In fact, they care so little that they informed me that my medical mask waiver was no good in their clinic and that "by me refusing to wear a mask endangers all those around me" then they hung up on me. I told them I have been suffering from a severe allergic reaction and needed help, but apparently that only matters when you wear a mask. So since I can't breathe and can't wear a mask then I'm not entitled to medical care. I wonder what would happen if the military discriminated like Dr. Paluvoi's office staff does?

Thank you very much Dr. Paluvoi and to his staff for letting a veteran know just how much their service was worth. Much appreciated. If I were y'all I would keep searching for a other clinic, this place puts their beliefs before the patients wellbeing. Just thought people deserved to know. As long as you can breathe through a mask, your golden to get treated by these lovely people. Better hope they don't start making up even crazier rules for medical care. I wonder what would happen if our military only defended certain citizens based on their treatment of Veterans? Hmm, I wonder how much Dr. Paluvoi would appreciate that. Wonder, wonder, wonder. 🤔🤔🤔

Updated comments: Today there was a hiccup. The dr was late arriving and the nurses cant start shots without him present. These things happen, no one is going to be on time 100% of the time. What impressed me was how fast they recovered. There were probably a dozen patients waiting in queue when they were able to start, and the two nurses took less than 5 minutes to give everyone their shots without compromising policy or their friendly demeanor. They also made patients aware of the delay so we weren't just sitting wondering what was happening. You can't ask for more, very impressed with their efficiency and service! Original Review: Very impressed so far. On my first appointment, i was brought to the waiting room on time, and waiteda out 10 minutes for thr NP, Nancy, who walked in with a greeting, introduction, and an apology for running a little late. 10 minutes after going into a waiting room is pretty reasonable, but i was very appreciative nonetheless. In my first appointment, NP Nancy did a very thorough intake, including symptoms, known allergens, expectations, etc. During this, the doctor came in to introduce himself, the practice, and the process. After this initial intake, they did the skin testing. Yes, same initial appointment went right into skin testing, I was shocked. I've been coming here for shots for a few weeks now and have to say Im pretty impressed overall. The nurses are all lovely, friendly people who take time to get to know patients and greet us by name. Everyone is very friendly and personable while also professional and knowledgeable. And big shout out to Gabby at the front desk (sorry if thats not the right spelling.) Every day I come in I'm impressed with how she's handling patients. She seems to know everyone's names, asking about specific things in their lives, and just makes the front office warm and inviting.
Terrible experience
I would recommend Dr. Paluvoi to my friends and family.
While the doctor has been helpful in diagnosing my allergies and my daughter's, I've seen other patients eating NUTS in the waiting room. So I won't be bringing my nut-allergic daughter back here. All doctors should have a policy for no food, animals or perfumes in their waiting rooms--especially allergy doctors. That will be one of my screening questions when I look for a new doctor.
Dr. SriNagesh Paluvoi and his staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
I have been to more than 12 different doctors over the last 6 years (dermatologists, allergists, rhumatoligists, general..etc) and no one could diagnose what I had or give me a medicine that worked and I did a lot of blood work. I went to Dr. Paluvoi based on a recommendation of a friend. He was able to diagnose what I had in less than 10 minutes. He later confirmed it with blood work (to rule out it is nothing else) and gave me (doxepen) which really gave me my life back. I suffered for 6+ years with where my skin would feel hot if anything touches it or if there is a sudden weather change. So I could not have any pressure on my skin as in no jeans, could not sit or sleep on one side for more than 10 minutes or take hot\cold showers. So my outdoor activity was very limited depending on weather conditions. Dr Paluvoi was my life changer. I am able to do all the above, sleep well, and have already booked my beach vacation. Staff is welcoming, personable, and great bedside manners.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
