I wish I could give 10 stars I had an extended stay here and I could write a book on all the great things I experienced. The staff went above and beyond caring for me they held my hand through tears tested and retested making sure my odd diagnosis was correct and provided the absolute best medical care. The community is very lucky to have Russell County Hospital

Could be passing away in the waiting room and the staff would tell you they do not know when you will be seen to. Save your time and go to Bristol

This is a five star hospital. I went yesterday after urgent care where I was told to go to ER for chest pain . The staff was professional. They were polite and attentive. Dr. Rexro I is the best. Thanks for the good care.

I was sent to Lebanon Hospital for a swing bed from JMH Abingdon with pneumonia and sepsis. Everyone I came into contact with were so caring polite respectful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble from the cleaners kitchen staff and technicians to the team of nurses and doctors. The whole 4th floor was immaculately clean and safe. Everyone treated me like I was part of a big family. Even though I was very ill their caring attitudes brought my stress levels down within two days. I believe their excellent care made my recovery more quickly. I felt safe and loved something many over 70 year olds do not get at home. Well done to everyone and keep up the good work. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital over JMH.

The staff and Dr.s are professional knowledgeable super friendly and caring. The food is exceptionally delicious also. They are there when you need something and go the extra mile to assist and be there for you. This is a model of how all hospitals should be. Thank you all for your service. The staff are a godsend. And again I cant thank you all enough

Really appreciate the great care I got today at ER. Went there with nasty chainsaw cut on my knee that needed stitching. Dr. Jackson and the friendly nurses were great.
