The staff at C-Health are caring, professional people. Dr. Townsend treated my father and mother with such compassion right up to their passing. I have been a patient myself for a long time myself. She listens, asks questions and tries to fix the problem. I am so thankful for her and all those at C-Health. I would recommend them with great confidence.

Dr. Townsend is the best doctor I've ever had. When I started seeing her I had alot of problems and she got all of it figured out and fixed. She is just simply great.

I sat on the phone for over an hour after getting a last-minute call about medication. The nurse who called me said she would transfer me, and I assume she did as I sat on hold for over an hour. Disrupted my studies and now I have to call back tomorrow when I have a extremely busy day to try to make an appointment that could’ve been resolved had someone just answered the phone.

Dr Harman is one of the best doctors I have been to in this area. Nurses are great!! BUT I spoke with a nurse today that needs to change her bedside manner completely and not speak down towards people in her "Valley Girl" voice. Rude much!!!!

I guess the 1 star is for the drs there i would give some of the nurses a big 0. I called almost a week ago because I had a severe side effect from the med they put me on. It said to call my Dr right away so I called on a Thursday the nurse told me that day she would call me back, this day is Tuesday she finally called back just to leave a voice mail. I called them back to get ahold of her and yet again nothing. She said she would have her call me back. Wrong that was before 10am this morning and it is almost 4pm . Complete bull would not advise this place at all!!!!

Went in for my apt got in and out in less than 30 mins. But most importantly, Whoever runs the calls really is a great woman, went above and beyond to help me get my antibiotics for my tooth! Very understanding and helpful, which is rare these days! Give that woman a RAISE!
