My wife and I have been patients of Dr Kola for a year and a half. Over this time, we have grown very fond of the care Dr Kola has given us. We are in our mid 70s and great medical care is more important than ever. We are impressed with Dr Kola's throughness and detail oriented care. Dr Kola has taken time to know us and is very concerned with giving us top notch medical care.

Dr Kola is a very compassionate physician. She takes her time with each patient and gets to know them on a very personal level. I have worked in medicine for over 30 years and her medical knowledge and concern for each patient is the best I have ever seen.

Both my wife, Shirley, and myself feel that we are being cared for as if by family, in Dr. Aruna Kola. Dr. Kola is friendly and warm, her medical care is clear and comprehensive. It is obvious to our children also, who come with us to meet Dr. Kola, that she truly cares about us, and wants us to be knowledgeable about our health. We feel blessed to know Dr. Kola and are so thankful that she is our Primary Doctor.

Dr. Kola is everything one could wish for in a family physician. Her warm and caring manner instills confidence , and she always has time to listen, and invites questions. Her office staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the office is very comfortable. We are happy to have a doctor who is both knowledgeable and empathetic.

It is a pleasure to share a few thoughts about Dr Aruna Kola. I have been seeing Dr. Kola for over a year. Over the years, I have maintained my annual physicals and fortunately have rarely required the services of my doctor beyond the regular checkups. This year, however, has required more frequent services from my doctor, and Dr. Kola has been there for me on every occasion, including weekends, when it is more difficult to reach a doctor. From my first meeting with Dr. Kola I felt a strong sense of doctor/patient connection, and having reaped the benefits of her care over the last year, I have not been disappointed. Her medical experience combined with her “common sense” approach to patient care has been an inspiration. Each visit has revealed new levels of her knowledge, skill, and concern for her patients. In addition, Dr. Kola is surrounded by a first-rate staff which is consistently responsive and helpful on numerous levels.

Having your friend and doctor retire after 43 years of practice is kind of scary. Very scary. However, Dr. Aruna Kola who bought Catoctin Family Practice has proven to be a wonderful family physician; I like her more and more with each visit! I am aslo aware of and appreciative of the fact that Aruna is a young doctor up to date on the current science, proceedures, and treatments necessary to provide the excellent care we all wish for in our family doctors. Aruna, It is indeed a great pleasure to have you as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Kola to any and all looking for an excellent family physician. Mike G.
