Carole Smarth has been our family doctor for almost 15 years. She has amazing patience and is very holistic in her approach to working with each and everyone of us and our specific health and emotional needs. I highly recommend her ! I'd give her 10 stars if possible.

For starters, I would give this amazing woman twenty stars if I could! She takes the time to know you as a human being. She NEVER rushes you, and is truly concerned with your overall wellbeing. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for myself as well as my family. Her spirit is so kind, she’s gentle, and she’s brilliant!!! I refer all of my clients to her and I always receive positive feedback from them as well!!! She’s truly a gem, and that’s an understatement. LOVE HER!!!

My mother has been seeing her for the past couple of years and she is never able to address her concerns. She has had severe pain, but instead of finding the problem, she suggested she take pain pills. It seems that she is not invested in the care she gives, moreover, she is more concerned about billing.

Dr. Smarth is very engaging and has made a tremendous difference in my healthcare. After spending a lifetime of not really having a good match for a doctor, she stepped in and motivated me to lose a ton of weight and get healthy by just showing she cared and that I was not a number. In addition, she helped me monitor and control all of my vitals during the process and I am on my way to a much healthier existence. I really couldn't say enough about the impact she has made.

We lived in Ashburn for only 3 years, but I was so happy to find Dr. Smarth. She is the perfect package: extremely smart, a great communicator and very knowledgeable. She takes her time with you to make sure you have all the information you need and is so patient about questions. I really miss her as a primary!
