Very strange experience with this doctor, I’d recommend going to a sleep center associated with a hospital to be secure in the diagnosis, which is what I ultimately had to do. In the end, I found out they made the wrong diagnosis which was confirmed by two other doctors. I understand anyone can make a mistake but their behavior was unprofessional overall. The office calls repeatedly in a car-salesman kind of way to get you set up with a CPAP or dental device, won’t write a script to get it at a location your insurance covers, but fails to answer the phone for days on end when calling with a medication question. The doctor also literally spoke over me when I was asking questions in the very short video consultation.

Had a very questionable experience with dealing with this doctor. I do not trust this doctor nor the facility. While I did receive a sleep study and diagnosis, the standard of care here is abysmal. Nobody calls back, the doctor is either ignorant or willfully lying to patients, and the billing is a complete joke. Strongly recommend not choosing this doctor.

Stay away from this DR or any other DR at her facility "Comprehensive Sleep Care Center" where this DR work. All the staff are scammers including this DR. They don't follow up after initial appointment & sleep study, they will charge your insurance the hefty amount upfront and further no follow ups with the patient. Their call center is in India, the DRs are in India (or other countries) and business operates from India; they are scamming to charge the money from the insurance and the patient but no further follow ups to complete the patient care. They leave patients seeking another service provide and DR for patient care. Once they get the money, you will have to start the diagnosis from scratch and will be stuck between your primary care DR, new facilities, and insurance to redo everything including insurance approval, referrals, etc just to fix what these people caused the damage. This DR and her facility don’t even release your medial records to new facility or do any follow up over the phone or email, regardless how you try to get a hold of them. Be ware of this scammer facility and the DRs working at "Comprehensive Sleep Care Center". Also, this DR isn’t US Board certified; the degree is from India and no work experience or hands-on experience with in US except billing you and your insurance company to collect payments.

I'm very disappointed with the service. The doctor had me waiting for one hour for a virtual pre-assessment meeting and then just asked me the pre-assessment questions on a video call. The total comprehensive sleep study took over 90 days because of the slowness between steps.

Like previous patients of Dr Sabharwal mentioned, this practice is all about how to get the most money out of the patient. The Doctor and the office/staff aren’t for helping and improving the patient health but about their own profits and they will go very far to protect it! Watch out and be careful with them!!!

Dr. Sabharwal is friendly and patient. I've only had televisits with her but in each case I didn't have an issues.

Been a patient for multiple years. She has pleasantly answered my question with detail. The office staff could be a bit nicer to the patient. Once a patient, scheduling appointments is easier. The staff dealing with the supplies DON’T listen, DON’T care what the patient requests, and ARE rude. They give the patient what they want the patient to have and DON’T care what the patient’s insurance company requires. I wanted hardware that met my insurance company requirements. They forced me to take a much more expensive equipment, and charged me for stuff the manufacturer supplied with my new equipment.

This practice is nothing more than a sham business focused on doing more sleep testing even when you don't need one and selling you more stuff you don't need. Every patient is switched from cpap to bipap or to auto cpap etc. or the other way around for no real reason every year just to sell you more stuff. One should seriously question any doctor who sends his or her patients to so called comprehensive sleep what got get in return? I have already found a real physician and switched. I suggest you do the same.
