Had major heart attack in FY21. Main vein 100% clogged. Dr. Pauley did an intervention at Loudoun Hospital that saved my life (he is very humble about that). He tells me what I need to do and what to look for in easy understandable terms. He looks for ways to save me money spent on prescriptions while not scrimping on quality. I am well on way to recovery after a year and a lot of the credit goes to his efforts.

This was my first visit with Dr. Pauley (since Dr. Pollock "retired") and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Would not choose any other practice to handle my health.

I met Dr. Pauley for the first on July 26. He is my new cardiologist filling some very large shoes of Dr. Pollock. My visit was excellent. He listened, asked and suggested various avenues to continue the excellent care I have received from Virginia Heart for over 20 years. I see an excellent relationship being formed with him.

I was recovering from Covid so did a telemedicine visit. I was having palpitations and a visit to the emergency room. This was a follow up with Dr. Pauley. He was very pleasant, kind and explained in detail about my issues. I felt relieved when he said it was not anything serious at this time . If it started again I would wear a monitor for a short time to see if anything else was going on.

There really are no words to express how impressed I was with Dr. Pauly. I don't believe I've ever had a doctor spend so much time reviewing my health concerns and plan of treatment. His relaxed demeanor put me at ease and his professional and confident manner assured me I was in good hands for my health care.
