I’ve been with the practice for 2 years and never been treated so bad. I’ve worked at a doctor office as well as a front desk and I know that putting notes in the it’s file is very important so that the next person know exactly what’s going on in case you don’t get to see that pt or take the call. I received a letter stating that I was being dropped from the practice because of a balance from 2020 never received a bill I’ve been seen March 2021 in the office and wasn’t told about it . I had a televisit schedule because of being exposed to covid and I had to cancel because I didn’t have insurance yet I told the lady on the phone that I wish to cancel my appointment and when I come back with my new insurance I will take care of the balance . She never put it in the note only for me to receive a letter that I am being dropped from the practice and when I call to speak to the office manager she was very rude to me saying that I was arguing with her when I’m trying to explain the same thing I wrote above then she tells me that I cancel my televisit and came in the office and refuse to pay I asked her again are you sure I came in after my televisit ??? Ohhh sorry i was looking at last year March so why didn’t they say anything about a balance ???? She wanted to be rude and kept saying well are you going to pay or not . I came to that practice because I was refer by my ENT and I was told that it was a good practice I am disappointed the person who runs your office is nasty to patient and rude I’ve never dealt with someone that rude as a patient . We come in because we don’t feel good and we don’t mind paying for service nothing in life is free but I refuse to be treated like that over 300 dollars that I could pay with no problem because I love my doctors . This is sad good doctors lose patients because of horrible staff like the office manager so because of the office manager it’s 1 star

Poor communication with patients. No response to phone calls. The people who take the phone calls do not communicate with the physician or the providers. No call back. no phone calls. Donna the nurse hangs up the phone, if asked questions. others who take the phone, do not give their name out.

Almost switched practices several times due to difficulty in getting appointments and mistakes in billing. Have stayed due to quality of doctors. Just called for 2nd time in two days during their hours posted Online and they have been closed both times with answering machine on. Close to closing time should not make them inaccessible.
