The doctor is good but you can never ever get a call back no matter what it’s regarding!
Him and the receptionist are AWFUL, I highly recommend NEVER going here! She is a hot mess and he is rude, late and not interested in your overall well being, the receptionist shouldn't work in health care, she lied about why the office was not open and when I confronted her about it she scheduled my breathing test, when I went in for the test which doesn't take long but took him past office hours to get to me only to say "am I supposed to see you today?" Then when he sat down with me he just didn't care to get to the issue he didn't remember anything and he was rude! I left right after and ended up that same night in the hospital with a stroke from pulmonary hypertension, this is after his miss diagnosis from him of "nothing" being wrong with me, if a doctor is in critical care of others he should care about others, him AND his staff, I hope he doesn't hurt others with his lack of professionalism and lack of actual caring I would highly recommend you never go to this person for any care as you will be pushed away, disappointed and not in the best care for yourself. He is not a good physician or person. Please take care and avoid him at all costs.
Dr khan is not punctual.
. I was a patient in Inova, Lansdowne from 07/14-7/22. I met Dr. Jawad H Khan while been treated for Covid -19. He came in twice, did not answer any of my questions, both times told me that I had Covid and pneumonia (which I naturally knew) only handed his business cards. On August 3d I had a virtual visit with him. On the part of Dr. Khan, I was faced with amazing arrogance and indifference, a lack of care for his patient or simple manners - he did not say Hello or Bye, didn't give me an opportunity to ask questions, did not explain the course of treatment, or looked at the X-ray. My family, wife and two children age 16 and 18 who witnessed the meeting were appalled by the arrogance of Dr. Khan. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Khan and highly question his qualifications as a doctor.
impossible to get an appointment with Dr. Khan anytime within a month. Too busy. Saw PA twice and Sara was very nice but didn't seem to have the answers to our questions.
Worst office ever. Receptionist are really something else at this office. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this office if you care about your health and well being because the receptionist will never make you feel heard. I NEVER get a call back whether it be me requesting one or them promising a return call. All I ever got was excuses and never answers. Their customer service almost made me give up hope on my health care.
Dr. Khan is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Very through with good explanations of tests taken. His staff of 3 are the best. Highly recommend Dr.Khan!
Rude Doctor, Rude Receptionists. Not caring at all. Just terrible
Dr Khan was very professional and caring. I felt like I was in good hands during my visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
