Great experience here. I usually go to the Stone Springs office but this was a great visit - doctors and staff were friendly, little to no wait, and the actually have separate offices for sick and well children.
Misdiagnosed my daughter’s bronchitis after taking her three times. Its just a “cold”. Also You will never see the same provider ever. I see a different provider everytime we go. They charge for after hour phone calls which is dumb when you have a newborn. They never have same day appointments. My 6 month old had stomach bug and was projectile vomiting and they had no appointments. They said to call tomorrow morning.
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Dr. Roche. My son was scheduled for a ADD consult and she wrote notes for anxiety/depression which he had already been diagnosed with prior. We set up appointment to secure ADD diagnosis, followed the process stated on their website, and arranged appointment under the label of an "ADD/ADHD consult." Unfortunately, she did not understand the intent of her own appointment and wrote a letter "he would benefit from IEP accommodations" and referred him to a psychiatrist for an ADD/ADHD consult. If you cannot diagnose then why advertise that you can-was a waste of time. She also noted things in the document that were unfounded and inaccurate. Overall, terrible experience.
I really liked this practice until a doctor tried to force a a prevents medical choice. Unfortunately I felt as though this practice did not respect our religious choice, and ultimately my son was refused care due to a medical decision based on religious beliefs.
The office separates sick and well children, by actual doors rather than just sections. Dr. Maguire is kind and patient and takes her time when examining my children, making sure to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I wish they had longer clinic (walk-in hours) and walk-in hours on Saturday that do not require an appointment but I’ve never had to use the clinic before because same day appointments are not hard to get. So far my experience here has been great!
I wanted to write this review based on our experience and why we have chosen to leave this practice. We have taken our now 4 month old to the Landsdowne location on three occasions for her checkups and each time we left there, we felt a sense of unhappiness which is something I never want to feel leaving a doctor's office. The last appointment, just the other day, really made our decision as to why we left and looked for another pediatrician office. I truly feel that you need a connection with the practice and doctors/nurses you work with, especially for your child, and this place always made us feel like our daughter really wasn't that important. None of the nurses we met were ever very pleasant and always made us feel like we were another number in their day and just needed to move on. I honestly understand being busy but as wanting someone to care for your child, you want to feel that doctors and nurses care and this place definitely was not that. At our last appointment, the first thing the nurse said to us was "thank you for filling out the survey before your appointment, maybe I will be able to stay on time today." While I understand nurses are busy, comments like this feel extremely distasteful and that we should hurry because they have other things they need to be doing. The second thing was when the nurse was explaining the percentile our daughter was in for different areas, my husband simply asked a question in the form of "is that a normal range?" The nurse immediately looked at him and said, "I don't like that word." As new parents, we are trying to figure out what a lot of things mean and to ask a question and immediately be scolded for the verb-age is extremely off putting. This almost makes us hesitant to ask further questions which really was the deciding factor for us to leave. In addition, we felt that no one there treated our daughter as a person and engaged with her on any level. They simply just did what they needed to do and moved on. Personally, I have been with the same doctor and nurse for my entire life and have developed a connection as I always feel cared for and listened to. This is what I want for my daughter and this place certainly was not able to provide that feeling for us. Lisa Cook in the practice is very nice and we enjoyed meeting her but overall we just are really unhappy and look forward to finding an office with a better environment and care team.
We moved to Virginia recently and our friends from the area recommended a provider with Loudoun Pediatric associates. We had to make a urgent appointment for our newborn and the earliest appointment with the provider we wanted was from a far away location from our residence. We made the appointment and reached the location but the front desk informed us they didn’t see us in their schedule. After checking many things and confirming with the scheduling person that we indeed made a appointment, they came back and said that we came in 16 mins late to our appointment which is 1 min over their cutoff time and the provider can’t see us now. We agree that we came in late but we don’t know how late we were really in because they were arguing with us for long time that we didn’t even have a appointment. They offered us a appointment with a different provider which we took and she was really great. We understand that the provider we wanted might have been double booked due to scheduling error but trying to shift the blame on to us repeatedly that were “1 min” late to the cutoff time we felt was completely outrageous.
Doctors and staff are great. I have been taking my kids there for almost 8 years.
The service is the best ever.. doctors and nurses are so professional, lovely and kindle with the children’s and the parents
Love that I can usually get an appointment the same day and service and care have been great!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
