During my first visit to this medical group, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of preparedness and efficiency displayed by the Doctor's Staff. As soon as I walked in, it took only about 30 seconds for the check-in process, and I was promptly ushered into the Doctor's office within 5 minutes. This swift and smooth transition indicated that the staff had prior knowledge of my appointment and were ready to assist me right away. This level of organization made me feel valued as a patient and instilled confidence in the overall functioning of the medical group. The Doctor I met with was professional and well-informed about my case. During our approximately ten-minute discussion, the Doctor demonstrated a detailed understanding of my medical history and concerns. This knowledge allowed us to have a productive conversation, and together we developed a solid treatment plan. I appreciated the Doctor's business-like approach, as it ensured that our time was used effectively, focusing on the most relevant aspects of my condition and treatment. While it is difficult to predict the future based solely on one visit, I can confidently say that this Doctor's expertise and thoroughness left me feeling more assured than I have with any other doctor I have seen thus far. Their in-depth understanding of my case and the efficiency of the visit gave me a sense of trust and faith in their abilities. I am optimistic about the quality of care I will receive in the future based on this initial experience. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, devoid of any clutter that might hinder a conducive medical environment. However, what truly stood out to me was the breathtaking view I enjoyed from the Doctor's exam room. The presence of a large picture window allowed me to take in a grand view, which added a touch of tranquility to the overall experience. It created a soothing atmosphere, helping to alleviate any anxiety or apprehension I may have had. In conclusion, my first visit to this medical group was marked by the preparedness and efficiency of the Doctor's Staff, the Doctor's professionalism and detailed knowledge, as well as the clean and uncluttered facility. The grand view provided by the picture window added an extra element of serenity to the visit. Based on this initial encounter, I am confident in the Doctor's capabilities and have high expectations for the quality of care I will receive in the future.

My husband has been seeing Doctors Patel, Riggs and staff for the past eighteen months. We couldn’t ask for a more professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Amongst the staff technicians we’d single out Georgianna. She’s a keeper!

I love this facility, it’s clean, the staff are polite and friendly. Doctor Garg and the other doctors PA etc amazing. I would recommend this facility 110%.

Dr. Shabaz is very through. He always makes you feel comfortable with any questions.

I was treated with care and dignity during my testing. I was told what to expect from the beginning and throughout the procedure.

I took my mother in for her appointment and always met with rude nurses. Never have parking here for my 86 year old mother with mobility issues. The manager here is unqualified to run the clinic and is very cold and rude. Please work on hiring better managers. Virginia heart was better 10 years ago with proper staffing. Please reprimand this rude woman. Doctors are ok and takes 3 months to get into despite urgent needs.

Virginia Heart is decidedly a mixed bag. I started with them when I was seen by one of their doctors during a hospital stay. I was impressed by him so made a follow-up appointment. So I was a bit surprised to find I was seen by a PA and not the doctor himself. On subsequent visits I was able to see a different cardiologist. All the doctors and PAs are competent, professional and friendly - that’s the good part. But the flip side is the practice itself. The staff is indifferent and not very helpful. Once they lost the results of my echo cardiogram! (Never to be found though I’m sure I was charged for it). You are just one of thousands of patients in a cardiac assembly line. There is no opportunity to form a relationship with a cardiologist. I have since found a much smaller practice that better meets my needs.

The visit was ok however the doctor was suppose to call in a prescription to my pharmacy for a new medication. The prescription was not called in and I will be required to call the office next week and request it be called in.

All the workers are very pleasant. I was seen on time. The doctor was very professional and I left feeling very satisfied. I will always recommend them to anyone I know looking for a heart doctor
